Seaview Villas B402 – Seagrove Serenity is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse condo accommodating up to 6 guests in Seagrove Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. Located on the top floor of the gated Seaview Villas community, this approximately 2,196-square-foot condo offers generous living space while keeping the beach, community pool, dining, shopping, and neighboring 30A communities close by.

Follow the community's nature trail for an approximately 4- to 5-minute walk to the exclusive private beach, where you can spend the day along the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. Back at the condo, the large covered balcony overlooking the community pool provides a comfortable place for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or relaxing after a day along 30A.

Your Space
The open living area provides plenty of room to gather, with comfortable seating, a TV, and a fireplace for relaxing after a day at the beach. Step directly outside onto the large private balcony, where outdoor furniture and views overlooking the community pool create a comfortable setting for morning coffee, meals outside, or winding down in the evening.

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for preparing meals and snacks at home. Start the morning with your choice of a Keurig or traditional coffee maker, and you'll also find a toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and a kitchen island with seating for two. Gather around the dining table with seating for four, with two additional seats at the kitchen island. A washer and dryer are also available inside the condo for added convenience.

Each of the three bedrooms provides a comfortable place to recharge, with three full bathrooms giving families and groups added privacy and convenience.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
