Beautiful home. Great location.

This cottage was amazing. It worked perfectly for my husband and I, our teenage kids and their friends. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and in a prime location to all that seaside has to offer. Access to the beach and pool was super close and convenient . I would highly recommend this property and would return in a heartbeat.

Key Lime is perfectly situated near the pool on the west side of Seaside as well as only a handful of houses down from 30A. The screened porch is perfectly designed with a long table for outdoor dining and a seating area with a game table. Really comfortable. I loved that the home is all on one level - perfect for children. Super cute bunkroom!

Reviewer Comments: Key Lime was a family favorite when our grandsons made their first trips to Seaside and this trip for the now grown up teenagers did not disappoint. Walks to the beach and town are short and quick and the addition of the bunk room is an A plus. The front porch, once again, became a favorite spot for evening conversations and bringing previous visits to the forefront. It was a lot of fun.

I uniquely designed with so many outdoor spaces and beautifully decorated. The pictures absolutely represent the cottage. We felt right at home the minute we walked in and loved how it is walking distance to the beach and Seaside shopping/restaurants. No need to have a car. We will definitely be back!

Bedrooms are privately situated with the family room, kitchen and wonderful screened in porch the center of the house. Everything was ready for us to enjoy Seaside from the moment we arrived. Our family included 6 adults and 2 children and Key Lime provided perfect spaces for each of us to be together and yet have areas when quiet time was needed. The property management company agents were also very helpful and responded immediately when we needed a replacement coffee machine and even helped with a forgotten issue after we checked out. Overall our vacation at Key Lime was a wonderful , relaxing and unforgettable family experience.

Great Home + Location- A few Items Needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall- great home and great location. We booked this home because it was the last one available in Seaside for the dates needed. The home was nice, well kept, close to beach and had almost everything one would need. For the price, one would think minimal beach gear would be included. There were a couple moldy beach chairs in the back that were possibly left from other renters, but we had to rent all of our beach gear. Additionally, it would have been nice to find a high chair and pack n play in one of the closets to accommodate young ones. All the rooms were very nice and equipped with everything needed. The porch room was hot and didn’t like having to walk through another room to get to it. The large porch and access to beach set the home apart for sure!

Reviewer Comments: Key Lime is in a great location close to the beach and west side pool. It accommodated our family of ten but there were two major drawbacks:The back two bedrooms were extremely cold. They must not be insulated properly. This cottage should not be rented in the colder months until it is fixed. I had to sleep with four blankets.The floors were dirty. We have found this to be a universal problem at Seaside. We rent houses at Seaside almost every summer and at New year’s. For the past few years the floors have been filthy, with the soles of our feet blackened with dirt shortly after arrival.We have been renting at Seaside for over thirty years and I didn’t recall this being a problem until the past few years. Maybe coincides with the invention of the Swiffer. Swishing dirt around a floor does not clean it. Hot water, a good mop and a cleaner made for wooden floors may seem old-fashioned but it works.

Perfect Location Between the Pool and the Beach

Reviewer Comments: Key Lime is very centrally located between the outdoor pool and the beach, so it was easy to let the kids roam on their own a little, even though they’re younger. We had nine people in our group and the house felt spacious with plenty of beds to sleep in for all of us. The only thing I would change is to make the steps on the ladder of the bunk beds wider. It’s not easy getting up or down from the top bunks, even for kids. Other than that, we loved our stay at Key Lime and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Key Lime

We had a great week at Key Lime. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. We have been to Seaside numerous times and this has been our favorite place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved the front porch and outdoor areas. The teenagers loved the bunk room. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect...close to the beach, pool, and Seaside town center. We loved being able to walk and bike everywhere. The house was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The only negative was that the ice maker was broken. We will definitely be back!
