The location makes it easy to enjoy the surrounding 30A communities while still having a private pool, beach access, and plenty to do back at the house.

## GETTING AROUND

A complimentary 6-seat golf cart is included for exploring the surrounding area.

A vehicle is still recommended for grocery trips, airport transportation, and exploring farther along the Emerald Coast.

On-site parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

Guests have private access to the home and its advertised amenities throughout their stay, including the pool, sauna, cold plunge, balconies, elevator, and golf cart, subject to applicable amenity and safety rules.

Self check-in is provided through a keypad at the front entrance. Your unique access information will be sent before arrival.

# GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

**Check-In / Checkout:** Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

**Beach Access:** Guests have gated private beach access a short walk from the home. The access is private to the community; the beach itself is not exclusively private to this individual property.

**Three-Story Home:** The home is spread across 3 floors. An elevator is provided, but guests should expect a multi-level layout.

**Elevator:** Children must be supervised while using the elevator.

**Pool:** Pool heating is available seasonally for $30 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay. Please note that pool temperatures may vary based on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions, particularly during colder weather.

**Golf Cart:** Use of the complimentary golf cart is subject to the property`s safety and operating requirements.

**Golf Cart Tracking:** The golf cart and beach-access fob are equipped with Apple AirTags for location tracking. Apple device users may receive an AirTag notification while these items are in their possession.

**Exterior Cameras:** Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and rear of the property and monitor exterior areas including the driveway, road, and surrounding outdoor areas. There are no indoor cameras.

**Noise Monitoring:** A noise-decibel monitoring device is used to help maintain appropriate outdoor noise levels. It measures sound levels only and does not record conversations or audio.

**Parking:** Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

**Rental Agreement:** A property-specific rental agreement is required for this home. Guests are responsible for reviewing and complying with the disclosed terms related to the property and its amenities.
