Overall, the property was ok. We had 4 adults and 3 kids on the trip and there was plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood is our favorite in the area and we stay there often due to the proximity to the beach and the amazing resort style pool. The house could have been a bit cleaner. It appeared clean but there was a lot of dust and crumbs under the couch and tv stand and there were soft drink bottles under the bed. The grill ran out of gas after about 5 minutes of use and was pretty filthy. The spare gas tank did not work at all even though it appeared new. We had to pay to get the tank exchanged in order to grill. The oven was also very dirty and created smoke everytime we used it and set off the smoke alarms throughout the house. We werre also disappointed to find that aside from the living room and office TV, there was only 1 bedroom (not the master) with a TV.
