Truly A Dream For Moms!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Mom's Beach Paradise over Memorial Day weekend. The property was clean, well stocked, and as a mom of a 2 and 4 year old, the toys and accommodations for children was a GAME CHANGER! It was such a relief to stay somewhere knowing that my children would have a little nook to play in and be entertained while we packed, cleaned, made food, got ready for the day, etc. and having kids utensils,plates, tables and chairs, a toddler bed, and more beach stuff then you can imagine just made the whole experience much more of an actual vacation for me, as a mom. We will definitely be back in the future as the location was easy access to the pool and beach, and nearby restaurants were a short drive away.

Sherrie was by far the best host we’ve ever had. Excellent communication before, during and after our visit. Personalized recommendations for our kids and based on our interests. Perfect condo for families. I’m hesitant to submit this review as this place might be the best kept secret in 30A and we will be back but I also feel obligated to share the love.

Perfect home away from home!

Absolutely everything about this trip and property was as advertised and perfect! The beach is in your backyard with plenty of toys and items available on property to significantly reduce what you need to pack. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and enjoyed all of the amenities both on property and in the area. Best of all was the host, Sherrie. Her communications are top notch and you know she really cares about her guests. Don’t hesitate to book this ideal property for families!!

Amazing Family Vacation

We had the best time at the condo. Sherrie is the best host I’ve ever had! She is thoughtful, thorough, and kind. We had everything we needed… and then some! Our kids are 6 and 2…. Not having to travel with a bed/crib for the toddler, a high chair, toys, toddler utensils/cups/plates… all the things - is huge! It’s all there already. Books for the kids too! Our kids just loved it…. Made leaving very tough- there were tears. We had such a special time as a family. The beach is an easy walk. There’s all the beach essentials in the garage to use (including chairs and umbrellas). The pool was fun and always clean. The location is perfect! Near everything but quiet and calm. I can’t say enough how great a time we had. Thank you!

Summer trip with grands!

We loved the location - it was very close to many of the restaurants, the beach and the pool. Our grands were at the age of wanting more extracurricular things to do, but we rented bikes and spent most of our time at the beach and pool.

This is a great place to stay with or without kids!

Great location and great place

Property is on the beach and was an incredible place to stay for my family. Communication with the owner was the best I’ve had and she was very helpful. It was very spacious and perfect my wife and I and our 3 kids who are 10 and under. Definitely coming back again and recommend!

We had a fantastic time! The condo was wonderful! It was very clean, well appointed and spacious. Our girls loved the bunk bed room...it made for a terrific hang out while waiting on the weather. The condo is nicely located to shops and restaurants. The private beach was magnificent! Security was very friendly. Sherrie was an outstanding host! She checked in before our trip, providing lots of information about the area, restaurants, shops things to do and things to watch out for. She checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going well. She went above and beyond to offer additional assistance at check out (hubby injured himself during the trip and couldn't help with the car loading). Sherrie also checked in to make sure we got home safely. Overall a wonderful experience with a wonderful host!

This condo is in a great location. There are restaurants, donut shop and a tom thumb convenient store all within walking distance. We all enjoyed riding bikes into Seaside (quick ride) where there is an array of cute shops, food trucks and dine in restaurants. Sherrie kept open communication before, during and after our trip….making sure to answer any questions and checking to make sure we had all that we needed. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

Mom’s Beach Paradise was perfect for our Summer vacation. The beach access was so convenient and the house had everything we needed (tents, chairs, toys, wagons, coolers, etc!). Our 2.5 year old asked to stay forever and ever. Sherrie was by far the best host we have ever worked with. She could not have been more accommodating and we are so grateful for her help and suggestions. We will definitely be back!!

We loved our time at this condo. Beach was a very short walk and Sherrie had all the beach accessories that we needed. The rental was very friendly and set up to keep our toddler and 7 year old happy and occupied. Bike rental location was right across the street.

A wonderful condo for small children

We had a great time!! Sherrie was a wonderful host. She communicated thoroughly, was available for questions, checked in with us and was extremely hospitable and kind! We took our 3 year old, 18 month old and the grandparents with us. The beds are very comfortable. The toys and games were awesome for the kids. It’s a comfortable condo and the access to the beach is fantastic- very short walk!

Best vacation home for traveling with small children!

We had the best time staying here! Sherrie was a great host, she provided a lot of information about the condo, restaurants, and places to go. Traveling with a small child can be difficult but everything Sherrie had in the condo made it so much easier. They had plenty of toys, floats, chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon to carry everything to and from the beach. The beach and pool were so close and easy to access. The condo itself was very clean and cozy and had everything we could ever need! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Perfect for Mom!

This place had everything! I didn’t need to worry about packing anything for my toddler. Books, toys, utensils, cups, beach stuff were all provided. The condo was clean. A/C worked great. Beds were comfy. Sherrie was super communicative and a wonderful host!! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great for any age!

This was such a great experience! Sherrie the owner was very communicative and so helpful. She responds quickly even when she was on vacation herself! The condo itself is perfectly places in Seagrove. Just a short bike ride or walk to seaside or other restaurants. We love that the beach is less crowded because of the number of condos. We had lots of space to spread out and enjoy to beautiful water. They have all kinds of beach accessories at the condo too. It was a plus when the umbrella we brought flipped inside out. Everything we needed was in the condo. It's well stocked with the cutest plates even beach towels. The large sliding glass doors make the rooms feel even bigger. We had chilly weather in the mornings so it was nice to almost feel like we were outside. We had 4 large teenage boys and they shared the 2nd bedroom that was filled with bunk beds. They had plenty of space and the fact that they were full beds on the bottom helped too! We even played Disney trivia one night. I would defiantly recommend staying here..... or maybe not so I can book it again. HA! Thanks for having us!!

Great Family Get-away

Emerald Hill is a very clean, nice & family-oriented community. The Mom's Beach Home was clean and furnished with plenty of necessities to make your Beach get-away great! Sherrie was an amazing host from the point we booked until we got home. Literally she check in with us to make sure our trip home went safe. She was available within minutes of sending her a message. Truly a Mom’s beach paradise!

My family and I just returned home from our stay at Sherrie’s Mom’s beach Paradise and we couldn’t have ahead a better time. My 6 month old and 2.5 year old boys loved all the toys and games (especially the blocks, motorcycles and superheroes, and connect 4). They were definitely a life saver during the rain! We were so grateful for the beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, tent, wagon, and strollers. We used them all and didn’t have to pack/buy any of it! We definitely also appreciated the baby gate, air fryer, color changing cups, and toddler/baby utensils and dishes. It was truly the best place for a family with kiddos. Sherrie was such an amazing host too! She was so friendly, gave us a ton of information and recommendations, went above and beyond to make sure the place was prepared for our kiddos, and was truly invested in making sure we had an amazing and memorable vacation. The on-site property manager was also great with commutation and always available for any questions or needs. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to come back again! You just can’t beat the proximity to the beach and the helpfulness of all the baby/ toddler/ kid accommodations!

Amazing Getaway!

This was such a wonderful trip for our family! The amenities that this condo has coupled with the perfect location made our stay better than we could have expected. Sherrie was communicative before, during, and after our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. For families with young children, the play area and bunk beds offer peace of mind for traveling as you don't have to bring as much as you would normally. The chairs, umbrellas, and fun play items make going to the beach a breeze! Having the pool nearby was also wonderful for our little one to get in and swim around. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect Week

I can’t say enough great things about our experience here and with Sherrie. My family had the perfect beach week here. The condo is a very short distance to the beach. I have two children, 8 and 5, so this short walking distance was ideal. The beach wasn’t overly crowded. We spent our days going back and forth between the beach and the pool (Great pool too!). Sherrie is amazing to work with. She was great to offer suggestions and so incredibly helpful and informative—she even checked in with us throughout the week. There are several restaurants within close proximity to the house. The house has plenty of beach chairs, toys, a wagon and cooler. This was the perfect beach vacation for my family. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

Ideal family vacation!

This condo has it all: great location (literally steps from the beach), overlooking the pool, and the perfect features inside the unit as well. Our kids loved the bunk room and the fully stocked play area in the living area. Sherrie was the best at communicating with us and providing every detail to make us feel right at home. The only reason my overall rating is 4 instead of 5 stars is that the pool had a maintenance issue while we were there and we only had one full day where it was available. Sherrie kept us apprised of every update she received and continued to be available to answer any and all of my questions. Overall, it was a family vacation we will always treasure. We will definitely be coming back!!
