✏️ Other things to note~
- Parking: 2 parking spots in the driveway/garage area, plus available street parking. (The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.)
- Minimum Age: Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- No Furry Friends: Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Disruptions Disclaimer: Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
