We had a great time. The house was beautiful and in perfect shapes.And very clean. We had a medical issue in which we had to move forward our vacation by day. And they accommodated us without any questions whatsoever.. i left all 5 stars. If i had any dissatisfaction at all it would be that the pool closes at dusk. But i understand that. Its a very quiet area. We will stay here again!!

Here Comes The Sun

Here Comes The Sun was the perfect place for our family of 5. The house is surprisingly quiet. For the first time vacationing with my elderly parents we did not hear them when they got up early. We enjoyed the enclosed deck, the 2nd story deck and the view from the 3rd floor deck. The kitchen is well appointed and their are plenty of plates, drinkware and silverware. We also appreciated all the labels on the light switches. The neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful. It's a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.and spent a lot of time

Lovely home! Perfect for family vacation

Home was very clean and perfect for kids and adults. Quiet and cute neighborhood about 5-10 walk to the beach. Far enough from town to get away of the crowds but close enough to walk. House basically has everything. Only a few things I would add are spices and more than one roll of TP in each bathroom but nothing you can’t buy at Publix. Great house! Would stay again.

Fabulous Family 90th birthday celebration

Stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend with 3 generations to celebrate my dad’s 90th birthday. Good location that was a short walk to the beach. Very well appointed kitchen for a large Thanksgiving dinner. Nice porches for hanging out.

Here Comes the Sun !

I am a pros and cons kind of gal, so will give you both! The property was beautiful and thought of all of the things you needed for a home away from home. Actually had Tupperware for left overs, everything was labeled which made it easier to put away when cleaning kitchen! The toaster was not in working order but it was not a huge deal to us. The screened in porch was my favorite part and it had giant jenga, cornhole, lots of seating. Lovely! The pool was directly across from the home and we loved that. The neighbor to the left of the house was someone what rude, you could tell she didn’t like that the house was being rented out. Other neighbors were super nice. Let’s talk about the beach, even though we were told that there is beach service, through the end of October, and we were given the access points, the closest one did not have beach service for chairs and the like. The next closest beach access doesn’t have parking and is not that close to walk. The closest one is Palms of Dune Allen and is very easy to get to. That said, without beach service you almost have to bring a wagon (provided by the house) to carry chairs and umbrella. We are a stay on the beach all day people so, equipment is important. The beach access point, does not have a ramp, so you are carrying the wagon and its contents, down MANY stairs. The house did provide chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and other things. Overall, we loved our vacation and the location!

A Perfect Long Weekend

Here Comes The Sun is a beautiful home that had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and the kids loved it. The porches were great and we spent time on each of them just enjoying the sea breeze and the quietness. The house was conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Fall Break 2023

6 adults and 6 children. Very nice house and location. This is about the 10th booking through vrbo over the years. Very happy as always. Although this time we had not so friendly neighbors who tried to ruin our stay. ( But didn't). We enjoyed our trip. Love Santa Rosa area. We came last year for fall break and loved it so much we came back this year.

Fall Break - 2 Families

We had fun on our fall break trip. The home has old appliances so if you want to cook or wash clothes just be prepared to have to fiddle with things and what not to make them work. One of the beds seemed to have some sand in it and a spider, but nothing we couldn’t handle ourselves. The grill is testy, easily catches fire at the bottom so be prepared to watch closely when grilling. The pool is steps from the house which is great, the lounge chairs are not comfortable but having young kids with the pool right there is very nice. The beach is closer than it first seems, there is a small trail in the corner of the neighborhood you can take for a short cut. There are beach chairs which is great, bring a wagon or something to carry everything to the beach. There is a private residence right next door to the beach house. There is construction going on inside the neighborhood so you do hear that during the day but you can’t hear it inside the house. The couches in the living room are older and not comfortable. The third floor area is where the bunk beds are and it’s a loft with no door. There is no lounge or comfort seating on the patio only hard deck furniture. Overall it was a good beach experience but the owners could put a little money into it to upgrade things for more comfort and style.

Fabulous Stay

This house is just as described. Spacious, clean, convenient to all 30A beach towns. Our family of 6 had lots of room to spread out and relax. They thought of everything to make an enjoyable vacation. The beach chairs were great! We rented a golf cart and took all of our stuff to beach access close by. The AC worked wonderfully and the kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens. The neighborhood was beautiful and the area is very safe. Enjoyed the games and the screened porch with TV. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in this area for future trips! Thanks for sharing your place with us! 😊

Beautiful Home

We rented this house for a long weekend with some friends. The house was great - not much of a beach view but the location and house was great. The beach access address that was provided was within walking distance which was nice but they left out we were only allotted about 20 feet to set up chairs, umbrellas etc. There was a very unfriendly security guard that patrolled and harrassed any and everyone in that area to ensure that no one was outside the very vague signs (literally made multiple people move 5 feet over to ensure they were inbetween the signs). We also had to share the area with at least 10 other families/groups so it got a little crowded very quickly. We were all stacked on top of each other and this was in the off season, I cannot imagine what it would be like during peak summer. When I attempted to reach out the company ask about this even just ensure we were at the right beach access point, I got no response. I sent a message on the app and called multiple times but the phone just rang and no one ever answered. We had a great time and the property was amazing! The beach access just caused a little bit of an issue and I wish I would have been able to talk to someone tied to the property to discuss the issue further.

Fantastic house

I’ve been going to the gulf coast for 40+ years, I have always stayed in a condominium. This was our first adventure with a house and it was absolutely the best decision we ever made! So many decks and balconies to enjoy the scenery , easily accessible to Walmart and Publix and just minutes from the beach! The best supplied place I have ever stayed, you will not need anything in the way of kitchen items! We would rent this place again in a heartbeat! Totally recommend this house!!

A Gem

We loved our stay at “Here Comes the Sun.” It’s beautifully decorated, GREAT location, nice pool, quiet neighborhood, and immaculate! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
