Excellent! Everything was perfect, beautiful home! Fished a little, went to the beach a few times and ate a lot of seafood. We had 14 people and there was plenty of room, never felt crowded

Couldn’t be better!……unless a little earlier check in. 4 o’clock would be much better than 5 o’clock when checking I with kids. Bir really a beautiful, clean home!

All had a great time. We loved relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach and spending the evenings by the dock. The details in this home are stunning. A bit too far to walk to the beach, but the included bikes made the trip quick. We would definitely stay again!

This vacation home is beautiful, roomy and was the perfect setting to celebrate family birthdays. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had plenty of space to move around and relax. It was a blessed time for all. The Royal Destinations team was very easy to work with and took care of all the details.

Wonderful location

The house was beautiful the bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is larger than the pictures look. The whole downstairs living area is a lot larger than the area looks on the pictures. The amenities at the house were fantastic. The house was clean, and with a additional rental of a golf cart. You can be at the beach in just a couple of minutes staying on Eastern lake was very convenient and fun and did have some very beautiful sunsets. I would recommend this house to anyone who needs space but needs to stay together as a family. P. S. The wash machine and dryer were wonderful!

The neighbors on the lake are great and invited us to be in the 4th of July boat parade! Biggest downfall was parking. There is no extra parking nearby and there are only 4 spots in the driveway. We couldn't have any local friends/family come visit during the day because of no parking which kind of sucked.

Everything was decorated perfectly and with me being a clean freak, I appreciated how clean it was. My brother lives across the lake, so we could just paddleboard over to his house to visit. Perfect location for easy access to beach, restaurants and driving down to Seaside. We will DEFINITELY be back!

We throughly enjoyed sitting out at the pool and dock not to mention our daily bike rides. We will certainly plan on booking for upcoming vacations.

The attention to detail and high end finishes were just a few of the reasons we knew that this is a home owners not only take pride in but actually use. The lake location is wonderful and will definitely come back again. Our only issue was that we were told it had a pool heater and it does not so we could not really use the pool as we arrived in October.

The kitchen is well stocked for our ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five star seafood meals. The owners attention to detail of what a vacationer would need was perfect. It rained six days out of seven. We fished off the dock and swam in the pool. We had great family fun. It was a ball. It was a beach ball. ☺️
