Arrive along a classic sandy Seaside footpath to a spacious open-air front deck. The cottage’s large, fenced-in wooden deck creates a private outdoor retreat, complete with Adirondack seating for two—perfect for morning coffee or an evening nightcap while listening to the waves nearby. Guests also have access to a shared charcoal grill and an outdoor rain shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Inside, the first level features a newly renovated and expanded king bedroom furnished with all-new designer pieces. Custom built-in storage flanks the bed and includes integrated reading lights, while a mounted flat-screen TV with YouTube TV adds an easy way to unwind. The newly renovated bathroom feels fresh and spa-like, with a marble vanity and a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower featuring both a rainfall showerhead and handheld shower wand.

Upstairs, the newly expanded living level features a bright, open-concept layout designed for easy coastal living. The brand-new designer kitchen features quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and new dishware and cookware. The kitchen includes a two-burner electric cooktop, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave with convection functionality, and countertop dishwasher. Please note: there is no full-size oven. A cozy bistro-style dining area for two sits adjacent to the kitchen, while the living area features all-new designer furnishings and a plush queen Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa for additional guests.
