Pros: Enjoyed the house- comfy bed and living room, great master shower; cooked in most nights without problems. Great location for walking to beach etc.; management was responsive to inquiries. Nice Beachy decor. Cons: house needs some improvements; I mentioned some when I called but we didn’t want to be bothered with repairs while we were there. 1. Dish washer soap dispenser door doesn’t latch 2. No TV instructions, and no Toshiba remote for main TV; had to turn TV on/ off and adjust volume by reaching in back of TV. 3. Most blinds in living room won’t open as the part is missing ( unless you want to roll all the way up); I saw that it was mentioned in September but still not repaired. 4. Main disappointment: new house construction next door- very noisy, preventing enjoying being outside. Had one sleepless night with wind that affected the wrapping on the house construction- terrible noise. We would not have stayed there had we known of the construction. We realize homes are going up many places but we prefer not being in that situation.

It’s a pretty modest unupdated house. No garage and no comfortable outdoor area. Decent front porch but terrible furniture. It is a short walk to the beach, but listing fails to mention the quickest route is not accessible by car or cart. It’s on a dead end that is gated to the road on map. Not terrible for the price but the golf cart is definitely bait. Bike tires all low with no way to inflate. Dryer vent clogged. Old beds. Get what you pay for.

The stay was a 10/10. The location to the beach and shops/restaurants, the accessibility (especially with the included golf cart) and the space within the home were superb! The home was incredibly clean, fully stocked kitchen, spacious fridge, FULL size washer and dryer (which was a huge bonus with having children!) and the street was quiet and quaint. My only complaint is a few of the blinds were broken and missing the part to turn up and down- but aside from that, our stay was perfect!

The pictures made the house look alot larger than it was but it was good. There were a few light bulbs out and the pool was small from what pictures showed. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return!!

Great house for a family of 5. We traveled with a 7,12,16 yr old. Perfect location. Having the gas station on the corner was very convenient for ice etc that was needed for the beach. Great street to let the kids ride bikes through.

First time to stay in Sea Grove. We usually book in Seaside but we liked the idea of getting more house for the money (extended family coming with us) and the golf cart and bikes came in handy. Location has several restaurants within walking distance and a convenient store. Beach was also very close. We used the golf cart to drive into Seaside most days and reserved chairs on the beach. The house contained everything we needed and more.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect
tucked away and quiet but still walkable to the beach. The home was beautiful and clean. The property management team was responsive and easy to work with leading up to and during our stay.

Dishwasher was not operational, shower door in hall bathroom was broken, lamp in bedroom didn’t have a bulb, clock on living room wall wasn’t working. Ceiling fan in living room not operational. I felt like this property needed to have some attention to detail.

We had a wonderful stay at beachy keen. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Loved the golf cart, bikes and the closet full of beach stuff! Allowed us to travel light! Thank you again!

This was our second time staying at this home. The location is excellent, we love having the golf cart and our 4 kids loved the bikes. We had an issue the first night with the water heater and a leaking outdoor faucet. I texted the company and they immediately called us, arranged to have everything fixed then called the next day just to check in on everyone. We like to stay different places, but honestly, Beachy Keen just ticks all the boxes that we see no reason to look elsewhere! Hopefully we will be back next year!

Plenty of room for everyone. Great location between the Hub and Seaside for the boys riding the bikes. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Made breakfast, lunch and dinner most days and found everything we needed in the kitchen.

We are a family of 5 and had a great stay. The property could have accommodated a couple more than just our group of 5. Everything was very clean. House was decorated very beachy and felt perfect. The king bed was comfortable and the kids didn’t complain about the beds in the bunk room so they must have been good! But my daughter did mention that the queen bed wasn’t the most comfortable - she made it just fine though! We LOVED the golf cart- it was perfect for drop offs to the beach and trips into Seaside! Also loved the closet of beach supplies
 that was a wonderful benefit! All in all, it was a great place to stay! And just a note- there is a restaurant right along the road in front of the house called Angelina’s. Great pizza and great prices if you need a non-seafood meal!!

The House is perfectly located between several beautiful beach towns up and down 30A. This property is central to all
Seaside, Grayton Beach, and the Hub south on 30A is incredible! The house was cleaned well and had all the initial ammenities needed to start your week. The house could use a few updates and exterior cleaning; however it was comfortable and excellent for our family. While we brought a lot of our own beach toys and chairs, the house was stocked with all your needs (chairs, umbrella, toys, bikes, etc.) Our family loved the golf cart! With 4 kids, it was amazing to leave the car in the driveway and head out on the golf cart to the beach, Seaside for dinner and entertainment, and the grocery store. We only drove the car twice all week! We would come again!

Carpet in Bedrooms were stained; bathrooms except master was disappointing, closets cluttered; pictures are deceiving, Did not feel clean. My daughter and 2 11 year old grands were with me ; was uncomfortable for me.. Put a damper on our trip. Driveway has a brick sticking up that we kept tripping on, I almost went down a couple times.

We loved our time at Beachy Keen. It is casual, low key, comfortable and quiet. We built in three beach days before and after a family wedding and the weather was gorgeous! Jake with the management company was very helpful and responded immediately to our requests for a beach chair and help with the pool gate entry. The pool was lovely for a quick swim. Be sure to bring beach towels with you. All your other beach gear is at the house. Our only minor disappointment was not being able to. Park at the closest Beach. We just dropped people off and the driver ride a bike back. Publix is close as is a great fish market. We played some faucets games of poker after Long Beach days and slept well in the comfy beds! Good bikes and golf cart, a very comfy bed swing on the back screened porch, and nice Adirondack chairs on the front porch. We loved all of it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachy Keen. It was just the perfect size for us and the location was great. We were sad the pool was not open since it was warm enough to swim and the ocean was rough while we were there. The sliding glass doors on the showers need attention. Other than that, great place! đŸ„°
