This property is absolutely amazing, and we had the best week staying here with our family. Kitchen & bathrooms were fully stocked, beds were super comfortable, and Sarah checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

The home was beautiful, very comfortable, and had everything we wanted for a relaxing and fun stay on 30A. The beach access was convenient and close. The home had so many amenities that made the stay perfect. We loved the shower/bath room. The closets were huge and washer/dryer on each floor made laundry so easy. The huge kitchen, walk-in pantry and multiple grills made meals and cooking easy. The customer service was exceptional.

Fantastic rental in a great location!
This beautifully appointed home was perfect for our extended family (18 y/o-84 y/o) Christmas vacation. Any issue was quickly resolved by Sarah, who was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Three levels of living, provided plenty of space for everyone. The bedding and linens were exceptional for a rental. Highly recommend this home, half a mile walk to Seaside and convenient to the beach as well as beautiful views from the fourth level. We look forward to returning.

We stayed at this amazing home last week with six families (five kids ranging from ages 2 to 13), and it couldn’t have been more perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone, and all the extra fridges made it super easy to keep drinks cold and snacks on hand. But let’s be honest—the real MVPs were the ice machines. We never had to buy a single bag of ice the whole trip. #IYKYKThe location was great too—just a short walk to the beach and Seaside (if you can brave the summer heat!). We’re already talking about renting it again. Highly recommend!

Layout is well done with several rooms with King beds as well as bunk bed rooms on 1st and 4th floors. Lots of patio space so you can enjoy sun throughout the day. Kids loved playing in heated pool in January, although it is small and not a diving pool, it provides another activity. The beach is super close walking distance. House was clean and super new! Sarah, our property manager, was great at communicating and helping with questions. We will definitely be back! P.S. there are no condiments, including salt and pepper, so plan grocery delivery accordingly.
