« Property is lacking attention to details when it comes to welcoming guest and room(smell) however once the staff got to know me, they have been accommodating.
Positive attitude towards my request is very much appreciated and the peaceful atmosphere of the area(no traffic sounds) all hours of the day.
I suggest they offer some dinner menus/evening food. Love their coffees and breakfast food. Maybe some continental breakfast.
Overall I am happy and the longer I stayed the more I felt at...

« Positive note: I smelt the freshness of the beddings. The staff were friendly and smiling.
Negative notes: the toilet seat was ill-fitted , I end up sitting on the toilet bowl as the seat kept sliding backwards. The carpet was stained needs a good shampooing or replacing. I wiped the bed side table and telephone apparatus and they were really dusty and grubby. Food in the restaurant was costly for it's quality. »

« I was really looking forward to this stay. The pictures online are beautiful, reality was a bit different. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed and the surfaces were clean, under the cabinets was filthy and there were spiderwebs in the corners of the room. A light was in poor repair and falling off the wall. There are many lights in the room but only one light in the bathroom. I was only provided with two bath towels, hand towels and face cloths would have been nice. »
