« Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B. »

« We greatly enjoyed our stay at this Santa Barbara house with the grassy backyard and patio, perfect for outdoor dining. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from Hendry's Beach and the yummy Boathouse restaurant in one direction and downtown, wharf, and zoo in the other. The house was comfortable with great decor, well stocked with dishes/cookware in good condition and very clean but could have used minor repairs to the kitchen faucet (clogged head and neck wouldn't swivel)...

« I booked this location for a small get together with a few friends and we had a great time. The location is phenomenal and was really just what I had in mind. « The house was perfect for our family of 7 and 2 babies. It was very spacious! It exceeded our expectations. The extra room/garage further added to the feel of the house having a lot of space.
