„My dad and I attended my cousin's wedding. The location of the home was great. The only issues I had but did not affect our stay was that the door lock did not work when we were leaving and parking was a small issue. My dad can't walk that far and if parking wasn't available outside the front gate we had to work around that issue. But most of the time parking was available. Communication with the owner was great and the owner was responsive. We enjoyed our stay. “

„We were there for my daughter's graduation from UCSB it was far enough away that we didn't have all of the traffic from the graduation. (there was 7 that weekend starting on Thursday) it was great to have the whole family together. My grandsons loved the game room. I loved that we were toga. My brother and his wife came and stayed in the hotel not far from us. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay. We will be thinking about staying again. “

„A group of 7 of us went to Santa Barbara for the weekend to run a 1/2 marathon and spend Mother's Day. House was perfect for us...great location close to restaurants, shopping & beach; extremely well equipped; room for us all; and we had the best time! I'd really give them a 4.5 for cleanliness as the floors were dirty and some dirty rags were left in the bathrooms but otherwise it was great. Beds were comfortable and I'd totally stay there again!“
