The garden blends paved areas with lawn, is fully enclosed for added comfort and privacy, and is completed by a built-in barbecue, perfect for relaxed outdoor dining.
Inside, the house offers a functional yet welcoming layout. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living and dining area equipped with television, satellite channels and DVD. The separate kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob. This level also includes a guest toilet. The property has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet, located on the ground floor, and two further bedrooms with single beds, both with wardrobes on the first floor. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and oil-fired heating, ensuring comfort at any time of year. There is also a second full bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot for guests travelling with a baby.
The house is located just 1.2 km from Cala Gran, the nearest sandy beach in Cala d’Or itself. That said, Mallorca offers a wealth of beautiful swimming spots, and you will be spoilt for choice. Nearby highlights include Porto Petro and Cala Ferrera, while Porto Colom, Cala Marçal and the Mondragó Natural Park are all within an 11 km radius and well worth a visit. The property enjoys a peaceful setting, yet benefits from good road connections and easy access to the town.
Air conditioning is included free of charge from 9 pm to 7 am and from 2 pm to 4 pm. Should you wish to enjoy air conditioning 24 hours a day, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
