2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the property is as specified in the listing details for each property. This number must not be exceeded under any circumstances.



• No Visitors Allowed: No additional visitors are allowed beyond the number of guests stated in the reservation. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.



• No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed unless specifically agreed upon in advance.



• Guests are expected to respect neighbors and adhere to house rules, including noise limitations and proper waste disposal.

• Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property and on balconies or terraces. Use designated smoking areas outside.

• Parties and Events: Parties and events are not permitted unless explicitly authorized by management in advance.



• Damages and Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay. If any damage occurs to the property or its contents, the guest agrees to notify management immediately. An extra charge may be applied for any damages, and the cost of repairs or replacements will be billed to the guest.



• Social Areas:
