Casa Adefra is located on El Conde Street, which is the pedestrian street of the Colonial Zone. From our place you can visit all the places in the area walking. Each fully renovated suite has keyless access, its own private bathroom, smart TV with local cable and Netflix, closet, safe, air conditioning, electric water heater, electric stove with two burners, and free fast Wi-Fi. In the 1960s, our grandmother Adela and our father Franklin decided to build a building on Calle El Conde and set up a furniture and decorations store, to which they decided to name Casa Adefra after the initials of their names. In 2019, our family began the renovation of the building to offer a shopping mall and nine suites and loft style apartments and decided to keep the name that gave life to the building in its beginnings, Casa Adefra.
