Would not go back

Booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. Taxi driver could not find it, upon finding it the security didn't even know this hotel existed. After 30 minutes of wheeling our suitcases we found something that resembled a lobby. Staff spoke no English and took forever to check in even though we were the only ones there at 11pm. Airport shuttle does not exist, when leaving they told us they would not call a taxi and told us to find one on the street in pouring rain. All soaked our luggage and everything in it all wet we hailed a taxi on the street. Would never stay there again. Oh and there is no breakfast as mentioned.

This is not to be used like a hotel.

No one speaks English. There are no shops or restaurants in the area. You have to get your groceries and make it a home. Don't use this apartment like a hotel. I arrived late at night by taxi and we couldn't find the address in the dark. There is no lighting on the sign and the taxi guy didn't have GPS. The room is one huge open concept but many things could use an update.

BAD!

我未嘗過有過咁差既旅行經驗.. 黎到停電,咁大間野又無後備電,我地係黑暗中渡過左幾個鍾. 服務員解決唔到問題,仲要黑口黑面,要我地打俾個所謂"經理"傾解決方法. 廁所又塞,其中一個無熱水... 總之,唔會再黎!

Beware ,,,,

If you're looking for white beaches and clear water, you have come to the correct hotel. If you do not want it and want to have restaurants and a clean room go to another hotel Water damage in the room on all walls smell mold, kitchen do they want 30yen per day for stove and equipment ..The pool is nice when they did clean it that aquired 1 time in 14 days ... Dark area without lights and far from town and restaurants.Go to the hotel next door for the buffet every day otherwise we starve Will not be going back here.

3.5 stars my behind!

This place is a motel - don't be fooled or hoodwinked like I was. There is no shuttle, grocery store, ATM, hot spring, maid service, kitchen, free internet, restaurant, or any amenity other than they are located across the street from a public section of the beach. The staff is most certainly *not* multi-lingual and the room will have the time share owner/landlord's stuff under lock and key in a closet. The light fixtures are literally hanging out of the ceiling and their is rust and stained/worn furniture everywhere. Electricity cut out and wasn't fixed for a day, towels and sheets had stains and everything was ratty. Locals are loud at all hours into the night and early morning. Truly a nightmare and not a vacation.

住宿設施有待改善

在網頁上看到這個住宿的照片，覺得還不錯便訂兩晚。到達後費了一番工夫還要問別人才知道登記入住要上1層，真是挺不好找的 (也沒有明確指示)。房間寬敞，不過設備有點不足，甚至有些日久失修的感覺 (開放式廚房的煮食爐具被拆走，燈泡壞了沒更換等)。網頁上有標註風筒，可是也沒有找到，設備方面尚需多多改善。房內有個小浴池本來是一大加分點，可是熱水爐出熱水太慢太少，不能泡浴有點可惜。這住宿的旁邊是海岸，風景尚算不錯，不過離市中心有點遠，坐的士的話大約是13元左右的路程，但新城路的士來往不算多，可能要等5-10分鐘左右才能截到車子。

是個住宅小區，不算酒店；客室很大，但位置不夠方便，近鳳凰機場

網上看完客室的照片，覺得這住宿還算漂亮因此就訂了兩晚。可是到達後費了一番工夫最後要問別人才知道前台大堂要上1層才有，真是挺不好找。客房寬敞，但設備略嫌不足，網上看到的風筒在房內沒有找到......而且設備還有點日久失修的感覺(燈泡壞了沒更換、開放式廚房的煮食爐被取走等)。浴室裡有一個小浴池本來是一大加分點，可是因為熱水爐的熱水出水太少，根本不能泡浴，有點失望。我住的是二樓，很多蚊子，清潔上仍有改善的空間。這旁邊就是海岸，景色不錯，但因為周圍全是住宿區和度假酒店，如果想要到商店和食店比較多的地區，需要坐的士到新城路口(約13元)。不過新城路不太多的士來往(約等5-10分鐘左右才能截到車)，坐白牌車又有被騙的風險。不過這住宿近鳳凰機場，如果當作回程前的住宿的話尚算合適。

Avoid if all possible

I stayed in this hotel for one night. Althogh it is located near beach and on Saya Bay Road, it is in a remote under developed area that is far from city. Most importantly, this is no a hotel so there is pretty much no service at all. After you are given a key, you are on your own. The service is (much) worse than Motel 6. The room is essentially an apartment which the owner asked the service company to manage who runs rental business. Therefore, in order to get hot water, you have to turn on some home water heating machine yourself. The refrigerator in our room is disugsting and smells terrible.

位置尚可，服务太糟

酒店的服务太糟糕，误把我们预定的海景房安排成园景，折腾了半天才确认是他们的失误，而且还是要到第二天才可以换房，简单地给两张早餐券作为补偿就结束了，交涉的过程还威胁说不接受就退房！这是什么客服！

當我從瓊海到三亞汽車總站下車後就撘計程車花了50元人民幣到貴酒店卻找不到你說我的印象會好嗎但到達的地方真的是18度蔚藍海岸不過卻是員工宿舍問了她卻回答她也不知道後來我又拖著行李到處找因為我相信應該在附近確找不到雖然問了三四個人他們還是不知道您應該可以體會到可能是你們酒店太沒有名氣了還是那些人水平太低了相對的你們又太高檔吧並且新城路那麼大度假酒店那麼多距離又那麼遠人又那麼少應該是別墅區為求安靜地處在郊區之故吧最後終於碰到一位摩托車帥哥願意載我和行李慢慢找終於找到了我要給他錢他還是不肯收下真是大好人但是您在新城路的店名還是有一點不符喔請注意改正謝謝

景色と部屋の広さはＯＫ

価格も非常に安価で期待はしてなかったが、それ以上に酷かった。特に気になったのは部屋の埃、汚れで前の客のものか、かじりかけの果物が部屋の隅に転がっていた。シャワーも温水は電気式で水量が非常に少ない。また近所はサビれていてレストランも他のホテル行く程度かな？それと空港が近くかなりの騒音がします。仕事などで眠るだけなら大丈夫かも。洗濯機が部屋にあるのはすごく有利です。残念ながら私は3泊の予定を1泊で逃げ出しました。

nice ocean view

Just had a nice nine days stay at this hotel. The hotel offers a great view of the ocean from the twelfth floor. And just a minutes walk from a not so busy part of the beach. Great pool and hotsprings. Overall a good and affordable hotel well worth the money. Good and cheap convenient store at hotel. And helpful staff, even though not all of them speak English. Overall this was a great place to stay.

Hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly, cleaned all over hotel every day, safe as good security within the hotel and grounds.
