This house was perfect for our "girl's trip." We had kayaks delivered and loved being on a canal. We saw manatees in the bay. One evening, we walked to the beach for sunset. Linens were nice. Beds were comfortable. Figuring out the back door alarms was tricky, but we heard neighbor's alarms going off, too. We loved the hot tub, but the pool was too cold (my only complaint). Staff at the office were friendly and helpful.

This place is in a great location! It’s not only close to the beach but also has shops nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful stay here. The dock was a bonus because my son was able to fish there. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect family vacation

Everything was great at Lazy Lagoon. Clean and everything was new and comfortable, great kitchen, beds were so comfortable, and the outdoor area was so much fun, hours of cornhole, ping pong and fishing!

AMI get away

Property was exactly as advertised and extremely clean. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach with a great outdoor space to relax when not at the beach. The only call we had to make to the property manager was addressed very timely. It was a perfect size and layout for our family of five. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location and property!

I stayed here with my husband, 2 kids (5 & 3 years old) along with my sister, her husband and their 2 kids (12 & 10 years old) and it was absolutely perfect! The property was so clean and well maintained. The addition of the beach chairs, beach cart, towels, and toys that were available for us to use were also really amazing when going to the beach or staying at the pool for the day. Everything the house offered made our week (and first visit to Anna Maria!) that much more enjoyable and special. Everyone had such a great time and we're already planning our visit back next year! We ended up renting a golf cart, life jackets, skim board, and crib from Fun & More right down the street. We utilized Instacart for our food shopping which made things easier. I would definitely recommend this house!

Our Favorite House on AMI

We have stayed at several properties on AMI and this was our favorite. The house was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the pool being on the same level as the house so we didn’t have to go up and down stairs for bathroom and drinks. The house is close to the beach and many attractions so it’s very walkable.

Simply the best!

This year was our third year back at Anna Maria and we couldn’t have been happier with this house! The pictures of the property are accurate but don’t do it justice. The home is very spacious, clean, up to date and relaxing. We’ll look to rent this property again for sure!

Second Stay As Nice As The First

We loved our week at the Lazy Lagoon. It’s a short walk to the beach- so short that our 3 year old granddaughter had no problem walking it. The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed our afternoons in the pool. A few small problems were immediately take care of. We were impressed with the quick response. Thank you for another great week!

Perfect location

This house is perfect. It was so homey and comfortable and the great location! Cleaning crew needs to do a better job, house not dirty by any means but there were clothes left in the drawers and some light dusting was needed. The towels had some stains and I felt should not have been out for guest use but to make myself feel better I just threw them in the wash. I will absolutely stay here again!

Summer fun

We had a great time in ami and loved the location of this house. We used the dock for our boat and went out everyday for day and sunset cruises. The only thing we felt a bit confused about was the fact that a picture of the boat lift us shown in the photos, but the boat lift is not included in the rental. The house was very quaint and clean.

Loved it!

My son , his girlfriend and I stayed a week in this awesome home! Tons of space for us to all spread out- lovely decor- nice that the tv had Netflix etc so after a day in the sun we could watch movies- close to the north end of town, bakery’s, restaurants , shopping and bike rental. We loved it and were sad to leave but we will book again! Thanks for the hassle free vacation! Pool and hot tub were great too!
