We loved this place! We go to Siesta Key at least yearly and were very impressed. It was the perfect fit for our family of 4. The host was very helpful. It had all the beach gear you would need including a wagon and cooler. Great place to relax and walking distance to our favorite restaurants.

Girls' Week 2025

The condo is in an older complex, but we were very pleasantly surprised by this unit. It was in great shape, tastefully decorated, spacious, very clean & comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms for four women was great. Check-in & check-out was easy. Nice pool & short walk to bay. The owner was so helpful and easy to reach. We would definitely rent from him again and recommend both the owner and condo to future guests.

Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this condominium! The condo was cute, clean, and Joe's communication was outstanding! Beach access was wonderful if you drove (or used the trolley) up to the public access to Siesta Beach. We found it very inconvenient to use the beach that is directly across the street since it doesn't have public access. The only time we did was when we watched the fireworks, and the walk was long and frustrating. That would be our only complaint. That's certainly not Joe's fault. That area should really consider easier beach access to other parts of the beach. Other than that, we loved it! If you stay here, don’t miss the sunsets from the back of the complex overlooking the bay. It’s beautiful!

Nice Home Away From Home Vacation Rental

My husband, 7 year old son, & I stayed in this beautiful condo for our trip this year. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, & cozy. The kitchen was well supplied with cups, plates, bowls, utensils, toaster, toaster oven, & Keurig coffee maker. The rooms were cozy & very clean & we had more than enough towels supplied. We did bring our own beach towels. The washer & dryer was a definite plus! There was also a beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, toys, & a couple of coolers supplied. We chose to drive to the beach but found the cart very helpful with carrying our chairs, umbrella, cooler, & other items. Joe was an awesome host & was very friendly & easy to get ahold of with any issues. Would stay here again.

Comfort and Care

We had a comfortable stay and everything we needed. We had easy access to the trolley system between the property and the village. Also the property owner was easily available for our few questions. He was very friendly and offered advice for places to eat. Check in and check out was easy. We also appreciated their was a luggage cart so fewer trips needed to load our belongings upon arrival and departure. The only thing we needed was easier access to the beach. The property owner did provide a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, one float and a few noodles.

Clean and Affordable Vacation Rental

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. Siesta Key has become an annual vacation for our family and we would definitely stay here again. The rental was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and there was even beach toys/wagon we could use at the beach. Our kids loved playing in the pool at Bay Oaks too! The check in and check out process was very easy and we had no issues! I recommend staying here for a more affordable vacation spot!

Nice Condo

Well maintained, clean, safe Condo and grounds. Nice pool and dock/sitting area on the bay. For our party, location was not ideal because it was to long of a walk with beach supplies. We ended up packing the car and driving to beaches. Hence the four star rating in that area. Would of been helpful to have checkout instructions in regards to linens, dishwasher, left over food/items, garbage, etc. We only were provided with one garbage bag. Trolley and Frog Hooper were great but be prepared to wait at times. It was a great place to stay if you are not looking for convenient beach access.

Siesta Key property

Very disappointed that the washing machine was broken. Joesph did tell us on our way and were able to use the machines by the pool. It was $2/load and we had to use 5 loads for the entire stay. The ring door bell also needed to have batteries replaced. Joseph did have a repairman come to see about the washing machine but he could not find the part needed so the washing machine was out for the entire 12 day stay. He did have batteries shipped for the ring door bell but they were delayed so we bought AA batteries. Overall the condo was nice.

Great location

Condo is perfectly located in Siesta Key, very convenient with trolley stopping up front, no car needed if you’re staying in the Key. The unit has all things that you need for a great vacation, complete kitchen, beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, cooler, games, tv’s in each room and my favorite, a nice screen in balcony with amazing sunset views. Elevator, pool and pool table for rainy evenings. Will definitely stay again in the future!

The condo was very nice, real beachy feel. It is exactly like the pictures and it was very clean. We had one issue which was easily resolved with assistance from the owner. Easily accessible to the beach which was our main draw. We had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend it or return ourselves.

Best of Best in Siesta Key

This was my families first time in Siesta Key. We were traveling to Siesta Key for my son's Spring Break. This condo is sooo cute, perfectly decorated, updated, very very clean, and has all of the amenities you need! We had everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful beach, from beach towels and umbrellas to a beach cart and beach toys. We were pleasantly surprised by the view from the screened lanai. To top it off, the condo complex backs to the canal that separates Siesta Key from Sarasota where there are grills and a dock. The pool temperature was perfect. The host Joe, is very nice and responded to our questions immediately. He even checked on us to ensure we had a great stay after we checked out. The location of the condo is PERFECT! A short drive(3-5 minutes) to the Siesta Key beach free parking lot and beach access point. It is a short walk to the Crescent Beach access point. We are already discussing our next trip to Siesta Key and will for sure book this condo.

Siesta Key Condo

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect. It had room for us to have our own space as well as a comfortable gathering spot. The beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and cooler made our beach day the best! The pool was also a favorite! It was easy to access the free rides to the Village. Joe was very responsive and helpful with questions we had. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends!

Great spring break!

We went to Siesta for our son’s senior spring break trip. Our condo was a great home base. My husband had to work during our trip, but was able to do so in the condo. We felt safe and at ease with our two teens exploring the area. They had a fantastic time all week! Many of their friends were also in Siesta. The condo has a washer/dryer. This is something I always appreciate when renting. The entire unit was very clean. It also has a designated covered parking spot. Our only downside was we had to remove the luggage carrier to fit under the cover (we have a large SUV). My husband and sons had it removed in no time and we were able to store it in the huge closet located on our balcony. Joe was great to work with. He answered my questions and even sent me a few recommendations. Aside from the beach, there are many other activities. I took a group of six teen boys on a parasailing adventure one afternoon. They had a blast! Our 18 year old was able to drive a zippy little two seater scooter type car around the island for a few hours. My husband and I went on a dolphin sunset cruise that did not disappoint. We saw many dolphins and a spectacular sunset, along with many beautiful homes. If you choose Siesta, investigate restaurants early. Most are first come/first serve, but a few require reservations. The Summer House is a fantastic steakhouse, but tough to get a reservation if you wait until you’re in town. My husband and I happened to get lucky one night because they had a last minute cancellation and I called at the right time. There is a free trolley that travels along the main road. We never used that. It always looked full as it drove past. We did use the Frog Hop. Similar to the trolley, but you call and they pick you up. The drivers work on tips. So make sure to have some cash on hand. Walking and taking the Frog Hop were our easiest and fastest modes of transportation. Parking is limited and scarce. It’s best to just leave your car parked at the condo. Our whole family would recommend staying at Joe’s condo in Siesta!
