Gather outdoors, fire up the BBQ, or spread out inside. Guanacaste International Airport (LIR) is just a 45-minute drive away, making the villa an inviting home base for exploring the area.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Villa Toscana is located within Pacifico, a gated community near Playas del Coco known for its landscaped grounds, resort-style amenities and convenient access to the Guanacaste coast. The setting offers a quieter residential atmosphere, with access to community facilities and the Pacifico Beach Club. A rental car or golf cart is recommended, as the main road is approximately 1.8 km away and the beach is about 2.5 km away.

Playas del Coco offers supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, shops and a range of activities. It's also a popular departure point for scuba diving, sport fishing, sailing and sightseeing excursions. Playa Hermosa and other beaches are within driving distance, making Pacifico a convenient base for exploring the region. Guanacaste International Airport (LIR) is approximately a 45-minute drive away.

Villa Toscana is a traditional Tuscan-inspired villa with more than 3,000 square feet of single-level living. Marble and ceramic tile floors, granite and marble countertops, custom wood cabinetry and generous windows give the home a distinctive character. The layout includes three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with an eat-in area, a separate dining room, and a comfortable living room. A dedicated den provides a workspace, printer and arcade game for a little fun between adventures.

Outside is where Villa Toscana really shines. The expansive covered terrace offers several places to lounge and gather, overlooking a large private pool with a waterfall feature. Beyond the terrace, a generous garden creates a peaceful, green setting, with additional covered seating and a dedicated BBQ pavilion with dining space. With room to relax in the shade, swim, dine outdoors or simply enjoy the tropical surroundings, the property offers a private retreat within Pacifico's gated community.

🚗 Parking: The large driveway accommodates multiple vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use.

😎 PACIFICO BEACH CLUB

The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service. The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge. Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.

The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club. Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

* The PACIFICO Beach Club is typically closed for the month of October for annual maintenance.
* The Beach Club may close to the public at any time for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside of our control. We will notify guests as soon as we are informed.
* Admission fees, food and beverage credits, operating hours, and policies are established by the PACIFICO Beach Club and are subject to change without notice.

🚗 Transportation Recommended: Villa Toscana is located within Pacifico, but it is not considered a walkable location. The main road in Playas del Coco is approximately 1.8 km away (a 25-minute walk), and the beach is about 2.5 km away (a 35-minute walk). We recommend having a rental car or golf cart for convenient access to beaches, restaurants, shops and other local amenities.
