Hi Wesley - We never like disappointing our guests however sometimes unexpected maintenance issues occur. I'm sorry the hot tub was out of order during your stay.

As per our smoking policy the fine is 500 for smoking in a room, which guests were found to be doing. This is cause for instant eviction, there is no refund in the case of an eviction based on hotel policies.

Hi Kennedy, all the downtown area is paid parking. Our clearance for indoor parking is 6'6, which is quite standard. I'm sorry you were not able to fit in the indoor parking.
