The breakfast was okay but had only one staff member to keep the food prepared and fresh sometimes we had to wait for food. They ran out of food and didn't have anything as backup, the juice dispenser was broken. The floor in the breakfast area always had spilled food and was very sticky. There were 3 x hockey teams at the hotel and the children ran up and down the hallways, banged doors until 2 o'clock in the morning while the parents sat downstairs in the breakfast room or in other rooms, when the parents did show up they were very loud while speaking, had arguments in the hallway and banged/slammed doors. The rooms themselves were obviously old and badly in need of updating, this was not reflected in the online pictures. We were informed when we checked in that housekeeping would only be available every 3 days. When I went down on the fourth day to ask about cleaning the room they said they would send the housekeeping staff up. When we got back the bed linens were changed but the garbage had not been removed and the toilet/sink were not cleaned. I do not recommend this hotel for comfort and cleanliness.
