April 2026. Great little spot for two. Super clean! King bed was soft, but comfortable. Super cool AC. Ceiling fans. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water. Fabulous location. 1/2 block from southern perimeter of Forsyth Park. Great restaurants within 2 or 3 blocks. Coffee shops galore. Listing pics are accurate. Included parking spot was a real bonus! Problems: WiFi was just OK. Host was nonresponsive and did not return messages. Interior doors needed propped open, expected in a house this old. TV was streaming only-NO Cable, not a problem for me, but others may be frustrated. PRO Tip: Bring bottled water. Savannah tap water tastes terrible…Don’t miss the Farmer’s Market every Saturday morning in Forsyth Park. OVERALL: Loved the location and cool AC. Would definitely book again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully appointed—we had everything we needed and more, which made the experience easy and relaxing.The location truly couldn’t have been better. It was very walkable, with restaurants and coffee just a 5-minute walk away, which we loved. The riverfront was about a mile to a mile and a quarter, and we enjoyed walking there when we felt like it. When we didn’t, there are inexpensive parking garages available, making it easy to drive down, explore, and be back at the property in less than 5 minutes.Parking was exactly as described. The on-site parking is a bit tight, especially with multiple guests, but we were able to manage without issues. We also used the free street parking in front, which was easy and convenient.Savannah was such a fun place to visit. We highly recommend a day trip to Tybee Island. The Haunted Pub Crawl was a highlight—our guide Amanda was fabulous. Don’t miss the banana ice cream at Leopold’s Ice Cream. There are amazing places to eat on every corner, and don’t hesitate to try a local dive bar for karaoke—McDonough’s was a great time.Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful! We had a bit of trouble with the nest heating/cooling system. The manual does not explain how to change from cool to hot. My suggestion is to update that page in the booklet.

PERFECT location!!! Just outside of the busy "bustle" of tourists. Perfect for walking to all the main interests in the Historic District! My only, slight concern, was the parking space behind the house. Very tight, if 3 vehicles are there. Also, a brief concern entering the property from the alley, at night. We became very comfortable with safety, although always "aware"...

The condo is just as described. Far enough from the busy streets but close to everything to do in Savannah. We enjoyed being close to the park and felt safe. Convenient to the DOT (free shuttle) pick up locations which is a nice option for getting around town. The kitchen is well stocked and even had spices but we weren't sure how old they were so recommend bringing your own. The condo was clean and comfortable. A couple of things to note, the condo is on the bottom floor so a bit noisy when there are tenants in the condo above you. The reserved parking spot (3 in total for the 3 condos) is nice to have but a bit small to fit 3 cars without worrying about dinging the one next to you. If you have a small car you are good but larger vehicles are a challenge to park however, there is street parking on the front of the building. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Most Disgusting place my Husband and I have ever stayed at.. We originally thought that we would be staying in a Historic Home from the Pictures from the street view..But No we were then told you go around to the back of the house through a filthy dirty Alley and you then go up a flight of stairs to the back side of this home.. it’s interesting that they show the Front of the Home as if that’s where you’ll staying… But there’s No pictures of the back side which looks like a Slum.. and that’s where you’ll be staying.While The House although was decorated Ok, The bedding was Gross it felt like it was from the goodwill. The Pillows were flat as could be and we had to use two to even fill like it was a pillow..The bathroom Toilet Seat wasn’t even attached to the toilet it kept slipping around.. The toilet Paper was See through and The Tub/Shower was gross and had a moldy shower curtain… The Glass Light Globe in the BR above the sink was Broken and the Smoke Alarm needed batteries it’s not functioning Properly.. The Light on the Microwave was not working. and every Window you’d look out all you saw was a filthy neighbors wall and 3 Air Conditioner Units right under the bedroom window so all you heard all night was that going off.. All Windows had Disgusting Views of a Trashy Alley Way… So So Disgusting I’d never recommend this place plus paying top dollar for it.. We drove 4 hrs to get to this, leaving our Beautiful tree lined home to come stay in a Trashy Neighborhood and home

The unit is decorated very well. However there were a few issues. BeThere is a window above the sink without any curtains. There is a two story home super close to this property. I called the company and was told that the previous guest didn’t have an issue. I was told this so many times until I had to ask her to please stop saying that to me. Nevertheless the someone did come and cover the window. We then realized there were several bugs flying around in the bedroom. Some bugs were dead and some were still flying around. I contacted the company again and without any apologies, the company representative immediately said she wished I had told her about the bugs before the matience guy came to cover the window. Clearly I didn’t see them then. There was A LOT of back and forth. It definitely felt as though the rental company thought I was not telling the truth. Which was really weird. The representative even went so far as to ask me to go buy bug spray and she would reimburse me! I was so annoyed!! Pest control was not on my list of things to do in Savannah. I had to inform her that bug spray doesn’t work on dead bugs. Finally she stopped responding in the app. We slept on the couch that night. The next day pest control showed up and told us that the bugs were termites! After I asked for a refund, I was given a partial refund. The window over the door is not covered and you can see the bed if you’re outside walking upstairs.

What a great place to stay for a 3 day weekend in Savannah. Love d the location at the far end of Forsyth park which is great for running and walking. Coffee shop and natural fgood store nearby. Highly recommend. Note super soft bed

We had an absolutely fabulous stay! This neighborhood is truly a gem—so close to everything we needed. One of the highlights was discovering Alexander's Bistro, a hidden treasure with incredible food.We spent our days strolling through the area, stopping for coffee, indulging in fresh seafood, and enjoying a libation or two. The convenience and charm of this location made it the perfect setting for a dream vacation. Highly recommend it!

Weekend stay for a marathon

Everything about this stay was perfect! Location was close enough to downtown to walk to most attractions without being caught in the middle of all the touristy spots. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed and was just as cute as the pictures. In unit washer and dryer was HUGE because I was running a marathon and need to be able to wash clothes. Also kitchen was stocked with most cooking needs/pots/pans to make meals at home. Street parking was easy and you get one back lot parking spot. Only thing was, we got unlucky staying at the same time as what sounded like a bachelorette party or some girls weekend. They liked to play music late into the night to pregame and it was pretty loud. Can’t really blame em, I was also once young and out like that, haha. Overall, fantastic stay!
