This was a really cute apartment and the pics represented the inside well. Everything was very clean and there were a couple welcome gifts which was nice. It was a short walk to great sights, parks and restaurants. The only reason I can’t give this property a 5 star review is because of the area it is located in. It’s.. a little sketchy. As long as you keep to yourself you don’t have any issues but I wouldn’t go outside alone at night. The outside porch in the pics is padlocked but you can utilize the small back porch overlooking the ally which was just fine. I wouldn’t use the laundry room, it was in a room off the outside back porch and not as clean as the interior of the apartment. We did throughly enjoy our stay and hopefully this is an up and coming neighborhood.
