Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the house, the backyard, and the driveway. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details. Please do not park on the street or the grass.





*Note: The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that the space be treated with dignity and respect. Please keep noise to a minimum. Celebrations and events are not allowed without prior coordination with the host and paying a venue fee.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is close to the main road that takes you to and from Downtown and the Beach, but you will barely hear any road noise - you will, however, enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time!



There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a Walmart nearby. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss!



Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (15-min).



You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.



You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.



There is a very nice Kroger grocery store approximately five minutes from the house.



In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.



Other Things to Note:

We ask that the space, other guests, and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay!

We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night.



You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you!



You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app around 3pm on the day of your arrival. But remember that standard check-in is set to 4pm. Please visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property.



You can park up to two cars in the driveway. Please do not park on the street or the grass.



The space is dog-friendly for hypoallergenic dogs up to 30 lbs, one dog maximum. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting fur friends. Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee.
