The Space:

Main floor: the living room opens to the dining nook and kitchen in one connected space. The kitchen has brand new appliances, a breakfast bar and a dining table. A laundry closet with a washer and dryer sits just off the dining area. Two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom are on this level, along with a small upstairs landing with a seating nook.



Upstairs: the primary suite has a king bed, its own bathroom, and black and white decor.



A small workspace with a desk sits near the stairs for anyone who needs to get online during the stay.



Outside: a fenced backyard holds a fire pit with seating for relaxing evenings, and there is a driveway and garage for parking.

Guest Access:

You have the entire house: all three bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, and the garage. Use the fire pit in the backyard when conditions allow, and the washer, dryer and wireless internet are included.



The Neighborhood:

The cottage sits on Wilmington Island, between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Local shops, cafes and casual restaurants are a short drive away, and both the historic downtown and the beach are easy to reach by car.



Getting Around:

Free parking is available at the property with room for several vehicles. Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is about a 30 minute drive. Public transit on the island is limited, so a car or a rideshare is the easiest way to get around.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Quiet hours run from 8pm to 8am. Dogs are welcome with a $50 per pet per night fee and advance notice. Smoking is allowed outside only, not inside the house. Events are welcome when coordinated with the host in advance. Please use the fire pit safely; firewood is not provided.
