A short walk to Forsyth Park puts you between two Savannahs: head north into the Historic District, squares, River Street, City Market, or south to the Starland District, the city's hip food-and-arts scene of indie restaurants, cafés, and breweries.

Inside, the newly renovated 3BR/2BA has 10-foot ceilings and thoughtful design. Sleep well with a king, queen, and adult-friendly full-over-queen bunk, plus a fully equipped kitchen, dining for eight, 4K smart TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

THE SPACE

The home is the private ground-floor unit of a two-unit duplex, with its own separate entrance and keyless smart-lock access. With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and 10-foot ceilings, there’s plenty of room for groups to settle in comfortably.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Primary bedroom: King bed, full-size armoire with drawers and hanging space, and a desk for working or getting ready
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed and closet
• Bedroom 3: Adult-friendly full-over-queen bunk bed and a large walk-in closet

All three bedrooms feature high-quality mattresses, 600-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets, 4K smart TVs, white noise machines, and luggage stands. A Pack ’n Play is also provided for little ones.

Both full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, hair dryers, and dedicated makeup towels.

The fully equipped kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, cookware, dishes, glassware, and everyday cooking essentials, along with filtered water, a Nespresso espresso machine, and a Moccamaster drip coffee maker.

The dining area features an expandable table with seating for up to eight, plus a high chair for younger guests. In the living room, you’ll find comfortable seating, a large 4K smart TV, a selection of board games, and a cozy reading nook tucked by the window for a quiet spot to unwind.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home for streaming and remote work, and a dedicated laundry room includes a washer and dryer, detergent, iron, and ironing board. Beach towels are also provided.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire ground-floor unit through a separate entrance with keyless smart-lock access, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, and in-unit laundry.

Free street parking is available along the front of the property and surrounding streets.

One locked owner’s closet in the primary bedroom is not accessible to guests; a full-size armoire and additional bedroom closets provide plenty of storage.

The backyard is currently being completed and is not available for guest use at this time.

GOOD TO KNOW

Dogs are welcome.

We live in the separate upstairs unit with our senior dog, though we’re not always on-site. The two units have separate entrances, and your ground-floor space is private to your group. We’re happy to help if needed, but otherwise we’ll give you space to enjoy your stay independently.
