Its elevated position captures ocean breezes, and the house is surrounded by tropical gardens that attract hummingbirds, parrots, and toucans.

Every room in the house boasts an ocean view, yet you will likely spend most of your time relaxing in the spacious outdoor area by the infinity pool.

The space:

The house is in a secure gated community and has 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and air-conditioning.

The house can be rented as a 2 bedroom at a discounted rate, with no master suite.

The open plan living area features a modern kitchen with top-end appliances.



The house also has a dedicated yoga studio where you can practice your moves or simply relax to the sound of the jungle.



PLEASE NOTE:

This house may not be suitable for children under 12 years. The pool has some unprotected areas and there are no cots or high chairs in the house.
You will need a 4WD vehicle to access the property. There is approximately 1 mile of dirt road to the property, its not challenging to drive, but needs 4WD.
