Hotel Savernake

« Very clean modern spacious cabin with a lake view on one side verandah.(146) Very quiet as my cabin was in the middle of some permanent cabins. The down side was on the other side your view was of an old car and rubbish bin. A tree planted here would fix this. A bit further out of town than I thought but shuttle buses were happy to pick up and drop off. It was great just sitting on deck or by lake relaxing I ended up staying an extra night but still didnt want to leave. »

« Great place for a getaway, friendly and helpful hosts, spacious rooms, well maintained property, fantastic BBQ area, couldn't ask for more, no problem recommending this place »

« Great caravan Park has more to offer than just a camp-site nice quiet spot.. »

« What a great location and the staff were amazing. The view over the lake was very impressive. The club had a lot to offer, was an enjoyable break. »

« All good »

« Everything was great. Will definitely book again »

« A nice stay in older style room that have been upgraded, close to food outlets and the bridge into Yarrawonga. Would stay there again »

« Property is old and needs a refurbishment. TV didn't work, fridge was on but kept nothing cold, property is old and run down. Terrible argument outside room on the second night. Resulted in injury and the following morning evidence of the incisent with blood everywhere. We were quite concerned for our safety. There were families at the motel and we can only imagine how frightened it would have been for them. Management was no where to be seen even the next morning. 1 star review and would not...

« Although motel looks old , but it is very clean and in good condition. It has Good car park area and friendly staff .It is Very close to lake and restaurants and cafes. I think the rooms are better than what you see in photos and it is maybe under rated. »

« Everything was clean and tidy, »

« Great place »

« Lovely old hotel, rooms are a bit dated and could do with a makeover , but the bed was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot, towels were clean, there was tea/ coffee/ milk, a mini fridge, and the tv worked... enough room for me. »

« The Charles Sturt is located conveniently on Mookarii St which is the main road across to Barooga NSW. Located next to the Riverside Hotel its rooms presents as a tidy, clean and has all the basic amenities. Great value for money. »
