The Atelier feels like home (we are even a bit jealous of whoever is occupying it right now), and is an ideal place to rest, relax and recharge your batteries. Peaceful, lovely, charming, and close to nice towns (Ruffec) or cities (La Rochelke, Poitiers, Angouleme). We do hope to go back soon to "our" gîte!“

„Wir hatten sogar einen eigenen Whirlpool im Garten, der in der Anzeige gar nicht erwähnt war. Der Wohnraum und besonders die Küche sind sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Das Tiefkühlfach im Kühlschrank ist etwas klein. Die Gastgeberin war so freundlich, etwas in ihrer Tiefkühltruhe für uns aufzubewahren. Auch bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen, war es drinnen immer angenehm kühl. Die Gegend eignet sich gut zum Fahrradfahren. „Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Chantal. Das Haus ist zwar relativ klein, aber intelligent eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und der Aussenbereich ist sehr grosszügig bemessen. Den Pool teilt man sich mit zwei weiteren Einheiten, aber jede der Einheiten hat ausreichend privaten Raum. Unser Sohn hat den Pool sehr genossen :-D In Gizay ist es sehr sehr ruhig, man ist also immer auf das Auto angewiesen, auch wenn man zum Bäcker möchte (Es gibt zwar einen Brotautomaten, aber wir ziehen die ...

„Had a fantastic time here everything you could want and more. Jo the host was there to answer any questions that we wanted before coming and while we were there. So helpful in so many ways. Property was lovely and clean with everything you needed. It was a bonus having the garden with the plunge pool especially in the heat that we had.
