Overall a nice house with some drawbacks
The house itself (except the patio) is fairly nice and was well stocked with provisions. The management was communicative so check in and check out were easy, and they were responsive when we had some issues with the TV. One thing to be aware of is the upstairs bathroom is only accessible through one of the bedrooms, and only has a bathtub with no shower. The house had some significant drawbacks, the main one is the A/C system is inadequate for the size of the house and the downstairs rarely got more than 3-4 degrees below outside temperature ... it was hot outside during the day (85) so the downstairs was hot during the day and the upstairs was unbearable day and night even with fans. If the weather had been cooler we would have enjoyed opening the windows but most of the windows don't open at all. Also, the patio looks nice in the photos but had not been cleaned recently and the patio furniture was covered in dust and cobwebs. The hammock outside also hadn't been cleaned in a while so we didn't use that either. The house next door was derelict and abandoned, the other side was an art gallery. Overall not a bad house if it's not too warm outside and you don't need open windows.
