« The staff were all lovely to interact with and the hot breakfast, while a bit basic, was welcome and the freshly baked cookies during the day were a nice touch as well.
That said, there are some problems with the property itself. The lack of carpeted rooms means you're going to hear each and every step taken in the room above you. The AC units are also quite old and I can tell that mine wasn't the only one on it's last INCREDIBLY LOUD breaths. Putting these two issues together meant that it is...

« I would have given the hotel 5 stars but the bed. Man, it was super uncomfortable. Noticeably, regretfully uncomfortable.
Everything else was perfect. Clean, nice, affordable and staff 👌! I came for training which was held in the sister hotel, Residence Inn, and stayed two nights. No complaints with anything else in either hotel!
