« First off front desk person tried to help make things right as did the asst mgr. But… Our first room had mold stained shower and the toilet broke. They moved us to another room. It was ok but the bathroom showers need to all be replaced. The floors were dirty and evidenced by my bare feet every time I took a shower - black tracks on the shower floor mat. The breakfast help did not address the most urgent needs first which was “no coffee.” We waited at least 45 minutes for it. We had coffee...

« The room was clean, the bathroom was well maintained, beds were comfortable, and the property looked okay. The treadmills in gym didn’t work, breakfast started over an hour late Saturday with the same food choices as the previous day, then after that was consumed, there were different choices, and despite the late start delaying our morning, it still ended at the scheduled time. The staff was friendly and helpful when you could find them, the front desk was often vacant even throughout the...

« rien a redire si ce n'est l'exiguité de la salle de petit dejeuner qui contraint a faire la queue et emporter la nourriture dans la chambre pour eviter de manger debout »

« Chambre calme et bien équipée avec une grande salle de bain »

« Décoration au goût du jour et lit confortable »

« It was a good stay. Comfortable beds quiet environment. The room did have a smell and there was a dusty smell when the air conditioner came on. The bathroom could have been updated a bit. Overall it was a good comfortable stay. A lot of places near by and close to downtown. »

« Seulement le frigidaire avait beaucoup de glace la porte ferme mal. Le reste super! »

« Enjoyed our stay! »

« The room was spacious and comfortable. Location was great there was an HEB just across the freeway so I could stalk up on supplies. »

« Room was okay, but had a smell and the ceiling looked like it was falling apart on room 415 »

« Staff courtois, enregistrement rapide, propreté des lieux. Déjeuner complet. Mon séjour a été agréable. Les restaurants sont proches. J'ai bien apprécié. Suggestions: Revamper les fauteuils du lobby. »

« This is an IHG company and let me tell you.. they maintain their status as a 4 to 5 star hospitality company. I highly advise you book and R2M here for you or your family during your travels. »

« I loved the idea of the suite. We had a small living area a bar a kitchen with two queen beds that were comfortable. The thing is, the tv in the living area didn’t work, there was a great deal of rust on the knob to turn the water on in the tub, the bathroom vent didn’t work, and the floor was not clean. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff was nice. Again I loved the idea but I don’t think I’d stay here again. »
