The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! »

« If you want roaches in your room and signs of the room not cleaned then this is the place for you. The second bed in the room had fingernail clippings on the comforter. The bed was made. Went to make a pot of coffee and a roach crawled out of where the coffee was held. The smell of marijuana was everywhere. Very sketchy area. »

« The room was clean and the staff were awesome; However, I had already paid for a King sized bed and at checkin we were downgraded to a double Queen because they only had two rooms left (it was fine and doable), the bed actually dipped in the middle and neither if us slept well while we were there, the smell of weed was very strong the first night, they did have snacks sold up front, and the next morning breakfast consisted of biscuits not quite cooked through some sausage boiled eggs and a...

« 1st room they gave me had the handle of the sink came completely off when I turned the water on and the faucet on the tub was coming out of the wall it was so loose, I went and told the office and they gave me another room which was just as dirty, looked like they haven't swept the floors in idk how long. Staff was friendly but that was about the only good thing I can say about this place, won't be coming back for sure. »
