Fantastic spot, couldn't ask for more.
We had a fantastic stay. The unit is literally 2 minutes walk to the beach and about 5 mins to the cafe and shops. Debra was great to deal with, very friendly and helpful. She even baked us bread and cookies! The place was clean and comfortable with everything we needed including kitchen and laundry. We would definitely recommend the unit for any single or couple wanting a quiet, cozy and comfortable get away.

Weekend away in Scotts Head
We booked this studio for a weekend away, and were thoroughly delighted by all aspects of it. The owner communicated with us really well, and we loved the extra touches around the apartments like chocolates, drinks and snacks. The apartment was extremely comfortable with an excellent bathroom, which included things like a heated towel rail and washer/dryer. The view over the beach and ocean was superb and the location is excellent, with walks nearby and a short stroll to local cafes and beaches and the Club. We will definitely book again.

Spectacular View of the ocean. The hosts were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. They even dropped off fresh fruit and baked goods, such a lovely surprise. The property overlooked the gorgeous Scott's Head coastline. Beach and cafes were an easy stroll. Everything was convenient and easy.

Return to a special place
This was our second stay at this lovely location right on the beach front at Scotts Head. Debra was a welcoming and generous host, readily available to provide information about the local area and activities but also respectful of our privacy. We enjoyed watching the surfers and passing whales from the balcony, the beautiful sun rises each morning from the comfort of our bed, the long walks along the beach and clifftops and the short stroll down the hill for coffee, lunch at the local cafe or to shop for dinner in the well appointed kitchen with full cooking facilities. Great to have access to washing machine and drier in the unit also. Parking is available on the street but we were able to leave our car on the lawn nature strip in front of the property. Scotts Head is a beautiful and lay back community and location.

Comfortable accommodation and friendly host.
We really enjoyed our stay in Scotts Head and Debra's apartment had everything we could want. A lot of nice little touches, clean and peaceful, good amenities and a booklet of valuable information about the area. It's only a short walk to the beach and there are lovely views to be had from the front door down to the beach. Debra is very engaging and helpful with her knowledge of the area, and the hot loaf of fresh bread she gave us was spot on. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

Online reviews of this accommodation were spot on! From the moment we arrived we knew we had booked the perfect accommodation! The views are incredible and the studio apartment 10 out 10! Debra the host was so accomodating to us from the moment we arrived. Fresh cooked bread in the morning and drinks ready for us in the fridge! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Wavebreaker” and definitely will be returning!!

I needed an overnight stay between Syd/Bris and stumbled upon Deborah’s studio! How lucky was I!!! Absolutely spectacular position, immaculate accommodation and Deborah was a delight to communicate with. I would love to stay for a holdiay next time.

Debra was fantastic in welcoming me to this paradise. The view is absolutely sublime, and I was very fortunate to have perfect weather. The interior has superior finishes, appointed with all you need, lovely front garden with privacy, and great shower/bathroom. Home cooked bread the first morning was a very generous treat. I will definitely be back.

Perfect Stay at Scotts Head
We really enjoyed our stay here, the studio is very well set up with everything you need. Debra is a terrific host & we enjoyed our chats with her. The location is amazing, walking distance to the shops and beautiful beaches and we loved sitting out the front in the sun with a 10/10 view. We hope to return!

Firstly the photos do not do it justice! The studio is absolutely beautiful and the view is spectacular. If you have a drone make sure to pack it as the photography and videography we captured of the rugged coastline is truly stunning. Deb the hostess was extremely knowledgeable with things to do around the area, super friendly without being intrusive and the extra little touches with necessities in the pantry and the home baked bread on our first morning was truly appreciated. Five stars isn’t enough for this little gem. The butcher in town is so good with very reasonable prices that we bought some meat home with us. The local pub a short drive away has great food and a lovely friendly country feel. Thank you for an extremely relaxing few days to the end of our week away. We will be back! Perfect, relaxing getaway - beautiful location and great accommodation
We LOVED our stay in Scotts Head. Having come out of lockdown in Victoria for the most of the past two years, we were desperate for a low key and relaxing getaway and the studio provided exactly what we were after. Debra was the quintessential perfect host: Friendly, kind, attentive and provided an abundance of information to us for food and restaurants, activities, beaches, when to visit rockpools, walks at national parks and so much more. She very kindly provided advice to us for our road trip back to Newcastle Airport on the day we left, which was beautiful. The studio itself is exactly as advertised. It has everything you need including a solid internet connection for Netflix on the TV at night time. It is located two minutes from the cafes and has incredible views of Little Beach and the head lands. It is also nice and cool (I'm from Melbourne and didn't find the night time heat an issue at all). Finally, Scotts Head is a fantastic place to visit. It has plenty of things to do, the beaches are absolutely beautiful, it is low key and relaxed, and very well priced. The locals and visitors were all very friendly. We can't wait for our next visit and will definitely be back to stay at the Studio!

Debra was an absolute dream and super organised and genuinely cared about making our rare getaway super easy and comfortable. The accommodation was clean, modern and the bed was great! Wonderful ocean views
A lovely property and enjoyed sitting on the verandah watching the dolphins and whales. Debra was a very obliging host. Our only comment is that we expected off-street parking, as parking was listed as an amenity, but were only offered on-street parking, until we specifically requested to park in the driveway part way through our stay.

I am happy you enjoyed yourselves for your 60th birthday and liked the bottle of wine I left with a birthday bow:) About the parking issue, I was more then happy to have you park on the driveway when asked. Most guests find it easier to just park out the front of the property. I am sorry you weren't happy with that aspect.
