« Photos are misleading. Unit needs a refresh-walls banged up, chipped paint t/o.Outside patio was something to be desired; dirty, no cushions on bench. Grill was covered with a layer of dirt and bird droppings. Yard had garbage and very unkempt. Unit floors dirty; food crumbs t/o unit. Two dirty socks found in master bed-pretty sure linens weren't changed. Fans in bedrooms caked with dust, stair well railing filthy; we avoided touching it at all. « The little blue cottage was perfect for our time in Charleston.The kitchen was completely equipped with a full size fridge and everything we needed.The cottage was very clean and tidy.Off-street parking was perfect. One note, the main bed is in a loft with a slightly steep ladder. The ladder was super sturdy with nice wide steps so we were very comfortable with getting up and down.We were very happy with this property and would def recommend it. »
