Great family vacation

We loved the extra room under the deck to eat dinners and hang out. The chairs on the deck added a great extra area for adults to sit and talk. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous Kiawah vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic week in this gorgeous house in August. Our 2 sons and their girlfriends joined us and we utilized all the amenities! The bbq and outdoor seating area is wonderful and we also had great family time making dinner and eating at the dining table. The kitchen has everything that you could possibly need! Bedrooms are very comfortable and very nice to all have ensuite bathrooms. A short walk to the beach was perfect. Would highly recommend!!

Best location we have had on Kiawah

Excellent combination of property and location. Four adults were comfortable in this "river cabin". This unit was updated very well and has a very efficient floorplan -- much better than the original models. This unit has it all: great river/marsh views, comfortable outdoor areas (in the shade), a smart redesign, convenient access to beach, the pool and the dock. Plus you can park your car underneath out of the weather. No reason to go further onto Kiawah. Please don't advertise this unit -- I want to keep it to open for our future visits.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this home last year about the same time and loved it! It is still the perfect size and location for us. During our stay this time I noticed some concerns, however. The main one was the power that weakened throughout the house when I used the hairdryer in the main bathroom. It actually went out three times and we had to reset the switch. The first time I called the after hours number and they made sure we were good - that was a good experience. I’ve already sent an email to ESPM, but have yet to get a rely. I hope they can address this soon.

Mostly wonderful but 2 things to improve.

Lovely place and location. Beautifully furnished and well kept. Relaxing atmosphere.However would change the following:1. The master bedroom duvet had a stain which look liked makeup. It had the sheet folded over it so wasn't visible until bedtime. I called the manager who said cleaning the duvet would take 2 days. Optionally she suggested I could remove the duvet entirely or wash it in the machines provided. I chose to wash. However I expect that all bed linens are clean before arrival.2. The master bedroom shower head was positioned up very high. Wanted to use the hand held shower part but it was hard to reach. I did but could not figure out how to then stop water from stationary outer part. Need adjustment for short people. All in all we loved the home and would return.

The house was spacious and comfortable for our party of 6. The kitchen was so well stocked that we lacked for nothing while cooking a big Thanksgiving meal. The outdoor spaces and the views were AMAZING. We saw dolphin and otter in the creek and even a bald eagle. ESPM was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had, even after hours! This maybe my all time favorite rental. No complaints whatsoever.

We had 6 staying in the home and we had more than enough room to spread out. The living area below the home was bonus!!! Outdoor shower (hot & cold) was a daily treat after the beach. The distance to the beach is very walkable but bikes are recommended if carrying gear. The views of the Kiawah River and inlet are amazing. This home has it all!!!

First trip to Kiawah

Overall very nice and comfortable place. Well laid out and spaced as we never felt on top of each other. Good beach access which was short walk/bike ride. The screened-in porch was lovely to enjoy outside without bugs. The younger folks enjoyed hanging out in area under the house. A few upgrades to appliances would have made the stay better: better coffee maker, bigger tv screen, oven with a bottom heating coil (?). Also carpet in the bedrooms could use a refresh. Happy to have stayed at this place.

The homes location is minutes from the ocean with an excellent view of the river and sunset. Our teenaged son loved setting out for adventures on the bikes we rented for our stay. The home is well equipped with everything you’d need for your time in Kiawah. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset from the Adirondack chairs on the deck. The kitchen was the best stocked rental kitchen I’d ever experienced. (Not food items) They had everything from an assortment of storage containers to various sized serving dishes. We’ll definitely rent this place again. It was the best of our three rentals in the area.

Beautiful setting on a quaint island

Great outdoor space under the home with a beautiful view of the river and sunset skies. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. Well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Had a great Thanksgiving holiday at the home.
