Welcome! We want you to have an amazing stay. Please help us care for the property by following these simple rules:

General
Registered guests only. No unapproved visitors or parties. No more than 4 guests are permitted to sleep here. If you book you must stay, you may not book for other unauthorized guests.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties.
No illegal activity is permitted on the property.
Smoking & Vaping
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
Dispose of cigarette butts properly and never throw them in the yard or landscaping.
Pets
1 Pet is only allowed with prior approval and FEE
Please clean up after your pets and keep them off furniture.
Parking & Boats - Golf Carts
Park only in designated areas- in Driveway
Guests are responsible for securing all vehicles, boats, trailers, and personal property.
Safety
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, Routers or safety equipment.
Report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Kitchen & Grilling
NO Beer pong or parties inside the home
Please clean dishes, cookware, and grills after use.
Do not Fry inside.
Never leave cooking equipment unattended.
Turn off all appliances when not in use.
Fishing & Coastal Living
Must clean fish at your tailgate or off the property.
Do not dispose of fish remains in sinks, toilets, or on the property.
Rinse coolers and fishing gear outside before bringing them indoors.

Check-Out

Before departure, please:

Dispose of trash in the provided bins.
Return games and cornhole to its original location
Lock all doors and windows.
Turn off lights, TVs, and other electronics.
Check all stove burners are in the OFF position

Damage & Accidents
Accidents happen! Please notify us promptly of any damage so we can address it quickly. You as a guest are responsible for replacement or repair value if broken by booking guest or their accompanied guests during your stay.
(There may be a charge for replacement value
or cleaning fee)
