« Really lean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. Excellent location, a very short walk to a an excellent restaurant (Osprey Cafe) and a market that is open late. Really appreciated the quiet backyard and the beach toys provided! »

« The house was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. The walk to the beach was one of the best parts! I have young children and the walk was much shorter than many beach houses that claim close beach access in their listings. This stretch of the beach is a little south of the busier part of town. « This is a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. Nice kitchen and great backyard. The fence securely contained our 12# pup. Easy walk to the market and coffee shops of Gearheart. We stayed a week to explore the northern coast. We hope to come back next year. »

« The location of these little cottages is unbeatable. It was super quaint and cute! Has everything you’d need for a weekend getaway for 2. I would NOT try sleeping on the front “sofa” - it was super hard. Definitely a pet friendly unit and smelled a bit like dog pee. We wished the gas fireplace was working but it they had just put a small electric on in front of the gas one, which was still okay. Overall, a decently cheap place to stay for a few nights. « Comfortable! Lots of decorative touches with beachy character. The teen girls loved their privacy in their upstairs bedroom. We liked ours in the downstairs suite. And, if I hadn't already been smitten, there were books I wanted to actually read on the shelves! I got a ways through one, but we had good weather and weren't needing to spend much time there.
