Gut: Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
At first glance, the room appeared neat and clean, but once we actually had to use the space, we noticed several issues that made our stay uncomfortable.The floors were extremely slippery, the bathroom floor was dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell. The shower was extremely small, to the point where I was afraid to move around too much because I didn’t want my body touching the walls or other surfaces.We also did not feel comfortable sleeping under the motel’s covers, so we ended up using our own blankets instead. There were flies throughout the room, and the chair had noticeable stains on it. It was one of those rooms that looked clean at first glance, but once you actually spent time in it and had to operate in the space, you started noticing the problems.The check-in experience was also frustrating. The code we were given to access our room was incorrect when we arrived, and the communication during check-in felt very disorganized and all over the place. The property manager was nice, and I want to give credit for that, but the overall check-in process could have been much smoother.The best part of our stay was definitely the balcony. It was a nice feature and honestly the most enjoyable part of the room.Overall, we wanted to enjoy our Labor Day weekend, but the cleanliness issues, flies, bathroom odor, uncomfortable shower, stained furniture, and check-in problems made the stay less comfortable than we expected.
