« Had a nice time. Stairs to property are a bit scary and be careful of the carpet at the door because tac strip will poke you. »

« Large older house, that can accommodate ten people easily. Very clean and close to beach and shopping. This house would be great for large family’s with kids! Nice large patio and beautiful yard. Property had everything we needed. One shortcoming the gas stove was missing the fuel line so we didn’t get to grill. »

« This is a good spot for spending beach vacation and chill time. The house layout if good. We stayed here with our friends (4 adults, a toddler, and a dog). Everything worked out well and. we had a great stay. The house is in a very calming and tucked away from all the hustle bustle. Path to the beach is 2 blocks away. The host sent us all the required info on time and in detail. Internet was fast. I would recommend this host. »

« Comfortable and clean. Walking distance to beach, convention center and Broadway. Took us back to a simpler time when we didn’t need more than a bed, tv, couches, table for games and no nonsense kitchen. Great back yard for dogs - wish it was totally fenced though. »

« Our group had a great time staying at this property! They loved the hot tub (some of us wished we had remembered our swim suits) and it was a comfortable walk to the beach. Location was great as it was the north end of Seaside, but far enough north that driving to Gearheart was a short trip! Very relaxing and the girls loved sharing a room where they could watch tv together! »

« The home was very nice but as others have stated the creaking of the floors upstairs is CRAZY! It was advertised that there was no street parking but that there was parking for 2 cars. There were planter boxes on one side of the driveway and the garage was such a tight squeeze if you pulled the car in the people on one side of the car could not get out. I would recommend removing the planter boxes as they really serve no purpose but to take up a parking spot. »

« We've stayed at this home 4 times now and each time has been perfect. The location can't be beat and the fenced yard for the pups is great. The hot tub is wonderful to relax in after a long walk on the beach. We'll be back! »

« We had a great time! The property was great, loved the hot tub and big master bath. We enjoyed cooking meals and having access to a washer/dryer with our little one. There was a lot of space, our dog loved the backyard as well! It was nice and close to the beach, only a short drive into town! My only complaint would be the beds, they need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable and sinking in, in spots. Overall very good experience! »

« Easy to find, check in was easy, the place is dated, the living room (couch/rug) could use a cleaning, however the bedrooms/bathrooms were clean. Beds were all very comfortable. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Perfect for our family plus the grandparents. Would stay here again. Very functional and lots of room for a family of four plus grandparents. »
