Fully equipped cook's kitchen with gas range, quartz countertops, and stainless appliances. Dining table seats 6. On a clear day the Cascades are your backdrop.

Middle Floor — Rest well. Primary bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks and a generous walk-in shower.

Bottom Floor — Flex space. Second bedroom with queen bed and ample closet space. Full hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. Private home office with desk. In-unit washer/dryer. Direct walk-out access to the backyard.

The Outdoor Space

Seattle's short-term rentals rarely offer a private yard — this one does. Step outside to a paved patio with outdoor furniture surrounded by lush greenery and garden with fresh herbs. Unshared and private. A genuine escape from city life, accessible both from the bottom floor and from the parking area.
