We stayed in this unit for a week, and it was very disappointing. The garage door was clearly broken before our arrival & never fixed, although we were initially told by Perch (the management company) that it would be fixed quickly. This meant that the door into the house & our car were not secure for the week. We should have been informed before our arrival & given the option to find other accommodations. Additionally, we wasted a day of our vacation waiting for a repair person the come who never arrived.Overall this unit is poorly maintained. The courtyard has uneven/unstable cement pavers, a large bag of garbage was left in the yard all week, the couch is stained & uncomfortable & is literally screwed together, carpets are stained & buckled, several windows have no screens, toilet seats are old & worn, the lock on balcony door is broken & doesn't work, refrigerator ice maker & water filter don’t work, & two overhead lights in the kitchen/dining are don’t work. The unit was also very noisy on Fri & Sat nights with local parties until about 3:00am.Although Perch is quick with their communications, they never resolved the garage issue. They did give us a modest credit, but that did not cover losing a day of our vacation & the frustration of not having a secure garage for the week.
