Set in Georgetown, the apartment occupies a renovated turn-of-the-century building in a walkable residential quadrant dotted with home gardens. It's a 10-minute walk away from the area's industrial core, which offers many great restaurants and bars.

Conveniently located halfway between downtown and the airport and only a few blocks drive off the 1-5 highway exit. Parking is FREE and plentiful right out front the building and the bus stop is only one block away with easy access to Capitol Hill, Beacon Hill, U-district and downtown.

🤫 Quiet hours are 10pm–8am. This is one of four apartments in the building, so please be considerate of neighbors.

🐶 If staying with your dog (only one is allowed) please add them to the reservation (check the box "I am traveling with pets") which automatically adds my $60 pet fee to your trip total.

🐕 Dog policy: Please don’t leave pups alone if they bark/whine excessively. Blankets and covers are provided to help keep fur off furniture—thank you for helping us keep things tidy and minimizing allergens for future guests.

🚫🐱 Please note: cats are not permitted at this property under any circumstances. This policy applies to all guests without exception.

💳 This listing requires a refundable $1000 damage deposit. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a secure link (sent via email/guest portal) to provide a payment method for the deposit. No funds are collected at that time — the amount is placed on hold a few days before arrival and released within a few days of checkout, provided there's no damage to report.
