„The home was absolutely beautiful! The decor and furnishings were top notch. The pool area is a tropical paradise and was perfect for a late afternoon swim. A little more expensive than similar properties in the vicinity, but for us it was available last minute. Owners are a group/ company with many properties . So, that says it all. “

„We were already in this house in the summer of 2023. It is so beautiful. Once again we were very satisfied and happy to spend our vacation here. The house is perfect for us.The layout of the rooms is beautiful. The living area with the kitchen is in the middle, a great place for everyone. The pool is fantastic. The children enjoyed starting the day with a dip in the pool in the morning. There is really everything you need. The house was extremely clean. I can't express how comfortable we felt. ...

„We loved the beach basically being in the backyard! Acces to beach and pool is wonderful. (The beach in this area was never overcrowded!)We loved the location! There was construction going on and there were boards up on balcony...but never did it bother us. The kitchen has the tools plus! The little things like board games, boogie boards, beach chairs made it feel like home. If i had to make a suggestion...Maybe more towels would have been nice so we didnt have to wash as often for the 8 night ...

"Der Aufenthalt wäre o. k. gewesen jedoch wurde das Zimmer nach der ersten Nacht nicht gereinigt was was wir beim erneuten Eintreffen der Reception gemeldet haben. Auch am zweiten Tag wurde weder das Bett gemacht noch das Bad gereinigt. Einzig wurden die Tücher ausgetauscht und die anscheinend sauberen waren dreckig. Nach dem Gespräch mit der Managerin, die nicht wirklich interessiert war, wollte sie das Zimmer richtig reinigen lassen. Zwar wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, aber nur halb patzig. Es wurde nicht mal gestaubt saugt das Bad war noch voller Haare die Toilette war dreckig das Lav auch dreckig. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Zwei Tage wird das Zimmer einfach nicht gereinigt, obwohl es dabei wäre und auch am dritten Tag und nach dem Gespräch mit der Managerin ist es anscheinend allen egal. Nicht mal eine Entschuldigung! Und das soll ein Hotel plus sein, katastrophal!"

"It is directly at the beach which is very nice and people at the front desk and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Overall however the hotel looked a bit ‘out of shape’ and cleanliness of the premises and also the room could be a lot better. "

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Davis House Inn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bett hervorragend. Die kleine Küchenzeile war für uns ausreichend, wir konnten kleinere Mahlzeiten dort einnehmen. Die öffentliche Terrasse vom Davis House Inn ist super, dort haben wir uns ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, wunderschöne Natur und ein Privatsteg am Indian River. "
