Check in was easy and employee was very helpful giving directions and suggestions. Property was clean, rooms were very clean. Really enjoyed our 2 nights, would stay again

Lobby is not well maintained. First impression as you walk in you see sticky floor. Beds not comfortable and squeak every time you toss around or get up. Room is decently clean.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and quiet. A short drive from uptown Sedona, but totally worth it. Right by Bell Rock trailhead and short drive to see the Cathedral in the rock. Would stay here again. Recommend if you want to be away from the busy tourist area of Sedona.

Pleasant enough property located close to Sedona. Nothing special but clean. Could use some attention to maintenance and room updating but otherwise fine place to stay.

Although our room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm, our overall experience was lovely. Very comfortable beds; two suitcase valets; clean and a wonderful full-on breakfast. The staff here is great.

The location is walkable to the Bell Rock trail. The pool and hot tub were nice. The room carpet could use a cleaning and the towels could be updated. If you plan on spending your time away from the hotel for meals and activities, then you should have no problem here.

The corridor was smelly , terribly dirty and the worst thing is when you pay for a king bed you get a queen. The headboard is of king but the box is of a queen. When complained the staff was helpful enough to offer another room but that one too had the same

Stayed for three nights. Hotel was clean, quiet and had a great breakfast. Only negative was the $15/night parking fee!!

Hello James, My apologies about the inconvenient situation, but you originally did book a Queen bed which is the room type we gave you. We would typically be happy to upgrade you for free to a King room as you requested, however we were sold out of King rooms on that night and therefore could only offer you the room type that was originally booked.

Very close to Bell Rock for hiking. Included breakfast is hardy, hot and plentiful. Rooms good size for 3 adults.

Everything was wonderful are room was clean, staff was friendly. I watched a male staff member every morning scrubbing and cleaning the breakfast area religiously. Breakfast was excellent each day too.

This hotel is not up to standards for a Holiday Inn express. Towels, sheets and pillowcases very dingy. Microwave did not operate correctly. Everything was very old and worn.

This property is conveniently located. Trails are walking distance from the hotel as well as restaurants, gas stations and other stores. Breakfast is included. You have different options from eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, biscuits, fruits, grits, pancakes, yogurt, milk, juices, coffee and teas. The only downsize is the parking fee $15 per day.

Nice Sedona stay
Very clean but rather spartan modern update to interior. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast but dining area was a little crowded. Fabulous views. Very nice place for a Sedona stay without the traffic of the main part of town. Did have an unexpected parking fee.

Good Stay with some pros and cons.
Very nice location, coffee/tea options available at reception all the time. Breakfast was great with lot of options. The property looks good from outside/inside. Once you look closer you will realize that the property looks old and worn out. As other reviewers mentioned they will charge $15.95/day for parking. When you book through hotels.com there is no reference of this charge. When you go to hotel, they ask for credit card to block deposit. They didn’t mention anything about this charge. When you checkout also no mention of this charge. After 3-4 days this charge will appear on your CC. They never asked if I had a car. Was wondering if I used Uber, do they still charge this?
