Eagles Nest was our top pick for our Sedona stay and we were delighted to book it! This was a long awaited November trip with grandma, parents, and 2 children, and we were able to host friends for dinner, who were staying in the area. Its proximity to Sedona's downtown and hiking spots is perfect, and you avoid some of the traffic in town. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed (televisions, quality clean bedding, doors to patio, bathroom). In addition to the beautifully scenic view, enjoyed the fire pit, grill, pool, and ample seating in the yard. We spent our days exploring (Jerome, Birthing Cave, Boynton Vortex, Bell Rock), dining (Saltrock Kitchen, Oak Creek Brewing, PJs Pub), and shopping (Oak Creek, Jerome, Sedona) and this was the perfect place to "come home" to. We saw lizards, coyotes, javalinas, and deer in the neighborhood! Grocer, gas, coffee, restaurants, pubs, and shops are nearby.

Dirty dishes in the cabinet. Dishwasher did not clean dishes. Broken umbrella in the pool area. Lovely home. Beautiful location. Well worth a stay.

The property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, and the check-in/out process was simple. It looks MOSTLY like the photos on the site, but not entirely. We had several questions, and the property managers responded fairly quickly. That said, the home was not as clean as it should have been. Crumbs on the kitchen floor, cobwebs, dirty toilet, a fairly large patch of mold on the wall & ceiling of the master shower, and a rug in front of the sink that was stained and didn't look as though it was cleaned recently. Considering you're told to remove your shoes at the door before entering, I'd expect the home to be spotless. We were told to buy filters and coffee for the drip coffeemaker since those items aren't provided. Well...glad we didn't buy any before checking in. Aside from the fact that there were filters there already, the water reservoir of the coffee maker was quite dirty on the inside, so we decided not to use it. A bit inconvenient since this meant we had to go out for coffee each morning. I'd strongly suggest a Keurig or similar "pod" coffee maker - much easier to keep clean.The photos on the website should be updated to reflect the current state - there is no pergola in the backyard to sit under. Also, though it didn't affect our stay, we noticed the mailbox out front is held together with duct tape and metal ties, which is reflective of the property's level of upkeep. Overall, not a terrible stay, but not great either.

Everything was wonderful except the mysterious mosquito issue inside the house. We never left the doors open and did not see any mosquitoes outside but there were lots inside. We departed with many bites but still had a great time.

Beautiful views and cozy house. Check-in was seamless and without a hitch. Front door and garage codes were offered well in advance in an easily accessible format. Great pool with a diving board, huge hit for all. The kitchen has a lot of cookware and gadgets - we did need to supplement out own coffee and cooking oil (which we left for the next guests). The split floor plan made the layout great for our family's needs.

Great location

Great location and beautiful views. House numbers need updated as they are difficult to see especially if you arrive at night. A lot can be done with the land scaping instead of pots with fake or dead plants. Quick drive to grocery store and a few nearby restaurants. The pool was a must for the hot afternoons.

This house was perfect for our family of 6! The views from the property alone are amazing! From the layout of the home to the set up of the backyard our kids had the time of their lives in the pool which was perfect for the summer afternoons! The amenities provided made our stay that much more positive. The location of the home to surrounding attractions was ideal and convenient. Would absolutely stay here again! Communication with property management was easy.

Great for families

The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely. Great for stargazing. We loved how they provided lotion, tissues, etc. We were sad that it was too cold to use the pool. FYI, there is no heat in the pool (an earlier review indicated the possibility of heating, but that is not correct).

Fantastic views!

What a fantastic home. We had plenty of space, the kids loved the pool, and the stargazing at night from the loungers in the backyard was truly memorable. The views of the mountains from the house are exceptional! Great, safe neighborhood and close to everything we needed.
