This house was everything and more. The pictures are exactly like what it looks but better. The view is amazing, the backyard is rose garden and bird oasis! We seen some beautiful humming birds. The rose bushes were gorgeous. The hot tub was wonderful after our days of hiking. The fireplace was nice too!! We cannot say anything bad about this property. The location was great. Close to everything. Easy check-in and checkout. They even provide the red rock pass which was very convenient when parking at the trails.

Itā€™s hard to write a less than stellar review because I know that this is part of someoneā€™s livelihood. However, I have to mention a few of the things about this place. I have stayed in many VRBOā€˜s in Sedona. You canā€™t go wrong with views like this. The view from the living room and backyard were fantastic. The home is in a fabulous neighborhood. However, we could not sit in the backyard. There is a constant beeping sound which I was told is a gopher deterrent and could not be turned off. So there was no sitting in the backyard without listening to that sound. We just didnā€™t do it. We were sold on the property because of the pictures of the backyard. We did enjoy the hot tub. The furnishings are a little bit dated, old and odd. The carpet in the backyard was rolling on the edges and I tripped over it when I did go out there. There was also a lot of broken pottery and old decorations in the backyard that probably should just be thrown out and a fountain that was covered with a plastic garbage bag. A bit of an eyesore. All in all, the stay was not too bad. The beds were fairly comfortable. The kitchen was nice. There was plenty of space but they could use a little bit of work on the backyard.

House was perfect for our family vacation. The views from the living room were an awesome way to wake up every morning and drink coffee. Yard and hot tub were great to unwind and enjoy at the end of the day. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property! Extremely clean especially for a place that allows dogs. We brought our 2 small dogs with us. The views from the living room were stunning! Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was relaxing. We would definitely rent this place again!

Beautiful home, well stocked and awesome views. We travelled with family and pets. The yard was perfect for our dogs and fenced in with grass. They loved it. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is a lovely property. The pictures on-line were accurate, the kitchen was well equipped. The humming bird feeders made it possible to see many little friends. The location was great both close to great hiking (off of airport road) and to restaurants. It was also very convenient with a grocery store basically just across the street. Highly recommend this property

My husband and I had a fabulous time in your cozy spot. We hiked all day and came home to enjoy dinner and the hot tub. Bed was super comfortable and the amenities were great! Great location to get anywhere in town.

Good Location ! Fairly clean house with an outdated alarm system. The house is very comfortable and the rooms and amenities are great. There was dog droppings in the backyard so letting my 2 year old play in the backyard was a no go which was a downer. I wish the management company would have informed us that maintnance personnel frequent the property during the week since there are many large beautiful windows. My wife was surprised to see someone standing at the back door at 7:00 AM. My wife loves to cook and was doing the best she could with the pots / pans that were there. Paper towels and TP are poor quality - so all in all the house is beautiful and views are amazing. I feel it was slightly over priced due to things not related to the house itself.

Family trip with our two adult children and their spouse and a fiance (as of this trip). This home was fantastic. The location was perfect and the home was very accommodating. We did wish the fireplace emitted more warmth on the patio but we made it work. The hot tub looked in the photos like it's further from the house than it was so we were super happy about that. Thank you for allowing our stay. It was incredible!!!

Stayed with family while visiting Sedona. Very comfortable and clean. We loved having the beautiful backyard for relaxing and grilling after a day of hiking. Some of our group made use of the hot tub and found it to be perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Great view.

We arrived after dark and waking up in Sedona West is definitely a treat. The views from the home are spectacular. It has great common space, kitchen and family room, and gathering areas and the bedrooms are all great sizes. Very comfortable for our extended family. The front living room has views of the sunset and thunder mountain. Just breathtaking. Saguaros are not common in Sedona because they do not thrive there weather wise. Well, the one in the front yard is beautiful and must be well cared for to survive in Sedona. That is how the entire home is cared for. Would rent here again without a doubt. Iā€™ll be back Sedona. Wonā€™t ever forget this trip.

The house was very clean and just as described. The house is well equipped and everything worked properly. The hot tub, reclining couches and fireplace made our stay cozy and comfortable. Views from the property were outstanding. We only slept in the main bedroom and that bed was too firm for our liking but not terrible. It could use better pillows as me and my husband thought they were uncomfortable. Main bedroom bath floor could use some bath rugs as the tile floor was very cold. The carpeting has seen better days and should be replaced. It would have been nice if management would have sent someone over to shovel walkways and clear off hot tub, etc. It was quite a snow storm while we were there and we didnā€™t have access to a snow shovel or anything to clear snow. Over all it was a great place to stay and I would stay here again. Lovely outdoor space with fenced yard in a nice quite neighborhood close to everything.
