SHARED INFINITY POOL:
☀︎Outside your front door, stairs ascend to the infinity pool area with comfortable lounges for sunbathing and relaxation.
The infinity swimming pool is located adjacent to the Villa, positioned higher on the hillside near the main house. This pool area is shared only with guests of the main house. Due to the elevated terrain, the pool is not visible from your Villa, you have your own walkway to the pool from your Villa. Please be respectful in this shared sacred space.
☀︎The pool is not heated.
☀︎There is no lifeguard, swim at your own risk.
☀︎This is a quiet retreat designed for relaxation and tranquility. The space and amenities are best suited for adult guests seeking a peaceful getaway.





HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take a moment to read through the following before booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.

🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.

For the safety of guests and the property, we do have a ring camera at the front exterior of the Villa.

✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Property access will not be provided without successful completion.

As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Prearrival Form

The ID must match the primary guest name on the reservation.

Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under the cancellation policy).

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who did not complete this step.

The views are too good not to share.

☀︎GETTING HERE: The road to the home is a rugged, unpaved drive, part of what keeps this spot so private and peaceful. Take it slow and enjoy the journey, because the views waiting at the top are worth every bump

☀︎MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps up to 4 people. There is one Master Bedroom with a King Bed and one Full Size Murphy bed in the main room.

☀︎PARKING: You will have your own private covered parking spot

📍We welcome everyone drawn to our high-desert mountain sanctuary's energy. However, the natural sound amplification created by our canyon setting can be quite pronounced. This mountain resonant environment may not be a good fit for pets, so we encourage thoughtful consideration of your companion's comfort and other guests' peaceful experience. Keep an eye out for the incredible wildlife that graces Arizona's desert landscape — you may catch a glimpse of these majestic creatures in their natural habitat.

📍Early Check in/Late Checkout: Due to high demand, we must stick to our check-in and checkout times. If you arrive in town on an early flight or depart later in the day, consider booking an additional day or making other arrangements.
